Good apartments for this price. Situated in a quiet place on the way to the pagoda. There is a coffee shop and a fruit stand nearby. 10-15 minutes walk to the Central festival and 20-25 to the beach. I would like to separately note that there is a very pleasant service staff there.

Great place and kind host, check in and check out went smooth. Pretty close to most things including a great cafe across the road. Recommended

We stayed as a family with a baby for a month. The place was perfect for us due to the quiet location. The pool is also very well maintained and super usable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and enjoyed the time very much. Only the kitchen and kitchen utensils could have been in a slightly better condition. We would like to book the place again.

Host is friendly and helpful, suite is very roomy and nice and private located. The most amazing thing — great view from convenient terrace. There is cute private beach 2 minutes down the suite as big advantage of a place. You need motorbike or car if you want to explore surroundings.

Great place to stay! The pool was a life saver on the hot days. Staff was friendly and informative! The restaurant on site was good but only open until 6pm. If you don’t know how to ride the scooters Grabs are ~300TBH to get to the markets and beaches.

Good but not special. Low budget OK otherwise don’t book. For low budget backpackers good price otherwise not. Good persons 👍

Great Spot for Relaxing and Exploring Koh Samui. My parrner and I just spent 3 weeks at Damians Place. It was just the perfect place as my partner had hurt her leg so we needed to take it easy. Great pool and very peaceful setting. Jason, Damians property manager was great and organised a rental vehicle for us at a good rate. The property is halfway between Chaweng Beach and Fishermans Village which were our go to places. A nice wee market at the bottom of the street with some Street food and good supply of fruit and veges. We would definitely recommend Damians Place for the best of both worlds but probably do need a rental vehicle.😁

We were there for 18 days. Our expectations were surpassed. Very nice small quiet and very well-maintained facility. A contact person can be reached at any time. The apartment is very clean and very well equipped. Above all, the pool is ingeniously integrated. The only thing missing was a pineapple cutter :) The path to the beach leads about 60 meters through a wonderful complex. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

Adrian’s listing was amazing. This condo offers an amazing location and amenities. I very much enjoyed the stay here and was able to easily jump to other locations in Samui from the condo. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the island!

The apartment is in a nice quiet area. It’s quite large with plenty or room for storage. There is a nice pool area with sun beds in the shared area. The security is great and we felt very secure within the building. The host is very friendly and approachable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Clean, well appointed and furnished accommodation; I would recommend renting a scooter, the location is not perfect but good. The only flaw was the sliding doors to the balcony, otherwise everything was in good condition. I can only recommend it.

We had a great stay, the place was extremely peaceful. Loved the private beach access, having coffee at the sunrise and early morning dip at the sea. The place is a little difficult to access without a scooter or car. Not all rooms have a direct sea view, even then it's worth staying if you prefer a quite laid back place

I stayed at this accommodation for 10 days and had a great experience. Emil is very friendly and helpful—on my last day, he helped me get to a location where I forgot my phone, which I really appreciated. The accommodation is connected to a hotel complex where you can rent a scooter, etc and it’s located right by the beach. I recommend getting a local SIM card for better internet access. Everything was working great, the place was really nice with its surroundings. Friendly and nice staff.

The place is exactly as the ad, it is a nice place, with a nice restaurant in the hotel with great view. The beach in front of it is not the best and our toiled was a bit smelly and due to that the smell sometimes would spread to the rest of the room, but in the end it was a good deal and we liked a lot the localization.

Great location! It is two minute walk to the beach and there are many restaurants near by. Yun is very helpful and the staff on site is friendly too!

We loved our place! It was clean, the swimmingpool was nice and the people who worked k there were very friendly!! We really looking forward to coming back! :)

Me and my boyfriend stayed in the replay condo for one month. It is the Perfect Place for digital nomads that want to hustle but also Take care of their physical and mental Health. Everyday gym, Sauna and the Beach is just across the street.
