Really beautiful villa. Everything from the lighting throughout, the Bluetooth speakers system. The pool was absolutely lovely. The master bedroom was fantastic.. Staff for breakfast lovely… the staff are only there for a couple hours each morning. Close enough to walk to Fisherman’s Village and an easy taxi trip if needed. Would recommend for 110%

Our stay at Villa Orca was truly relaxing. The house has a wonderful view and the pool was fantastic for our 4 kids who swam for hours. We were two families plus our mum and the house was definitely spacious enough. The best part of our stay was Rung and the staff who were wonderful. The in house chef was amazing and we loved her cooking. The location is fantastic, near Chaweng beach and Bophut fisherman’s village as well as being close to the airport. One thing to be aware of if you have kids is that two of the rooms are accessed external to the main house.

A modern villa is featured, with large sliding glass doors opening to a spacious outdoor area. Sun loungers in bright colors are arranged around a tranquil pool. Lush greenery is visible in the background, enhancing the serene environment.

Just wanted to share my thoughts on the host and their home. I want to express my gratitude for their warm hospitality. The view from the house was absolutely breathtaking. The house itself was lovely and cozy, and the staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. We didn't have to worry about a thing during our stay - it truly felt like a vacation. The food was also incredibly delicious, and Mr. Bee, the manager, was so attentive to our needs. Jeremy was also extremely helpful, and the entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. Colin, the owner, even accepted our last-minute booking, which was a lifesaver. Our family and kids had an amazing time at the house, and everything was just perfect. We couldn't find a single thing to complain about. We'll be back to Splash Villa when we go to Koh Samui again

Sea Renity

My wife and I chose Sea Renity as a place to celebrate her 40th birthday with some close friends for a week. We couldn't have been happier with our stay there. The villa is beautifully-appointed, with the infinity pool being a standout. The master and guest bedrooms were what you would expect in a luxury hotel, and the aircon (definitely needed!) was top-notch. The biggest contributor to our enjoyment of our time at Sea Renity was the level of service provided by Anne (in the lead-up to our arrival) and Sasi and her team (during our stay). Anne was always fast to respond, and invariably very helpful, whenever we had questions or were looking for suggestions. Sasi and her team took such good care of us during our stay: the meals were excellent and varied, the rooms were well-serviced, and our excursions were organised with minimal fuss. She and her team were always attentive and anticipated our needs well without ever seeming to be 'overly present'. Thank you!

We had a very nice time in the villa. Benz and his wife were the perfect hosts. You've taken care of everything with affection. The villa is the perfect place for activities on the island or relaxing days in the property. Thank you for everything - we would love to come back!

I have been to 4 luxury multimillion-dollar villas in Koh Samui. I hope you find my review useful. The Owner of the villa was very easy to communicate and coordinate with. On the day of the arrival, the villa butler Sank and the management company's client relations manager, Jeremy, were there to greet us and make us feel at home. Sank was outstanding. always a smile, even when i knew he had a lot on his plate. The maids were like Ninjas. We never saw them come or leave, but our room magically was made every few hours and it smelled like there is a lemon tree and waterfall somewhere out of view. We were welcomed with branded coconuts and a tour. Each room was spectacular in its own way. Everybody felt like they got the best room, and this was the first time I went to a vila that was laid out this well. As i know Colin, the owner and manager of the listing was involved in building it, HATS OFF to him. Well done !

This was the most magical airbnb experience I have ever had. Baan Hinyai is beautiful in every way - the design is gorgeous, and everyone had room to sprawl out. Khun Ta and her staff were so wonderful, welcoming and helpful, always there to help with anything we needed. The food that was prepared was delicious, and being able to kayak and paddle board every day off of our private beach was amazing. Highly recommend for a big group of friends/family. Close to some great restaurants, and they are able to set up cars to take you anywhere you want!

What unforgettable days we spent in the villa!! We were a group of 10 adults and 4 children. Praew and her team fulfilled all of our wishes, we didn't miss anything. We felt comfortable right from the start. The food was so delicious, all the dishes were so lovingly prepared by our private chef Tom. Thank you very much for the wonderful time that we will remember for a long time. Hopefully to see you soon one day. Warm greetings from P' Nokweed and the big Swiss-Thai group.
