The property is located 3 km from Køge Torv and a lovely child-friendly beach. It is 45 minutes into Copenhagen by S-train or car. The home is at the same time an obvious base if you are going on a day trip in southern Zealand. The home has 4 rooms. 3 rooms with double bed and a junior bed (90 cm) in the last room. There are 2 bathrooms. There is a large terrace with gas grill and garden furniture and trampoline, playhouse and sandbox in the garden for the little ones. It's a bright, quiet, and homely family home

Wonderful house 500m from Beach and bird sanctuary

Relax with your family in this peaceful home. There's room for coziness, cooking, and indoor board games. Garden with trampoline and possibility to sleep in a small cabin in the garden. Light up the grill on our lovely terrace, it is possible to extend the evening by turning on the patio heater. Remember mosquito repellent. The beach is a small walk of 7 min from the house 2 min walk to S-train connection 35 min to Copenhagen Central Station. It is possible to charge an electric car ( type 2).

Welcome to our newly renovated penthouse in an 1800s house, located on the main street in Køge. The penthouse features a master bedroom, a guest room with an office and a sofa bed, a modern kitchen, a bathroom. The living room boasts impressive ceiling height and beautiful wooden beams, elegant lighting. From the living room, you can access a small balcony with a gas grill, which leads to a staircase down to your private parking. Only a 3-minute walk to the train and 10 minutes to the sea.

Large well-equipped home

The home is well equipped with many amenities in the kitchen - if you want to unfold on the culinary front . There is a barbecue in the garden and many outdoor furniture to enjoy the summer in. Double carport. It is about 2 km to the station that can take you to Copenhagen in about 40 minutes or the opposite way to Jutland. About 10 km to the highway, It's usually my private home so there are not empty cabinets in the kitchen if you need a lot of freezer space, let me know in advance.

Lindegården

There are 2 rooms, with a double bed in the room in the living room and 2 double beds in the room on the 1st floor. There are 2 extra beds available on daybeds. For extra beds for person no. 7 and 8, a fee of DKK 350 per person is added. It is 9 km to the nearest town which is Ringsted and 20 km to Køge The bus leaves every half hour - both towards Køge and towards Ringsted. Sheets, bed linen and towels can be purchased. The house must be left cleaned.

Only 300 m. from the most beautiful white sand beach, our old summerhouse is located. Lots of light, and a completely undisturbed garden in a very quiet area. The house is well suited for families with 4 dedicated bedrooms. Kitchen, dining and lounge/TV area in open room. Two bathrooms. 2 floors. Sauna.
