Spectacular, totally private, new construction, 110 Sq meter with swimming pool, on the ground floor of a two storie villa, not more than 2 minutes walk from the sea. There are 2 bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom and a veranda around 35 Sq meter. There is also a 100 Sq meter private garden. The living room and the veranda have a beautiful wiew and are great for relaxing, while your kids can enjoy their playing on the garden.

We had a wonderful stay in this penthouse, we did not get very lucky with weather, so the pool and spacious terracce saved our 2 weeks trip with 3 kids. We spent most of our time on the terracce and it's actually even bigger than it seems on the pics. It's sunny all day long and you can catch beautiful sunsets :) The rooms were clean and well equipped. The beach is walking distance and big foodstore is 3-4 min. Also there is a smaller store just beneath the apartment. Era is the sweetest and friendliest person, she replies very fast and is very helpful whatever you might need :) We'll definitely rent again when returning to Albania, 5 stars from us 😊

We had a fantastic stay in Albens beautiful villa. The accommodation was just as described and very clean. The pool was a bonus and very much needed in the heat. The beach is very busy but well worth a visit for the amazing sunsets. There is a lot of building going on in the area but it didn’t affect our stay at all. There is a great bakery and supermarket nearby . I would highly recommend a stay here.

Logement agréable avec tout le nécessaire (même plus) pour s’y sentir bien! L’appartement est spacieux, propre est chaleureux! La piscine est grande et la plage a 100m avec de nombreux bars et restaurants! John a pris le soin de prendre de nos nouvelles pendant le séjour! Tout était parfait, je recommande!

Floriana's apartment was amazing and I would not hesitate to recommend. The host was very friendly and attentive. She was always available when we had questions and made some great recommendations for our trip and helped arrange transport from the airport. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The listing does state there is a shared swimming pool, it was not until after we had booked we learnt that this was at an additional cost at the hotel next door. The location is just brilliant, lots of restaurants and bars are literally on your doorstep and the beach a minutes walk from the apartment. It was a little noisy on an evening due to the bars below, but we did stay during high holiday season so I would assume quieter times of the year this would not be an issue. If you're looking to book your stay, do it, you will not be disappointed.
