Bellavista Resort is located in the southern part of Durrës Bay, next to Brilliant, and Gloria Hotels by the left side and Supreme Hotel by the right side - half an hour from Mother Teresa Airport, 10 minutes from Durrës, one hour from Berat, and one hour from archaeological site of Apolonia. The penthouse of 92 sq meters, with a 115 sq meters terrace is situated in the fifth floor and has an exclusive lift from the ground level. Full view of Durrës Bay. Enjoyable every season of the year, featuring central heating, and restaurants and mini markets open all year around. 180 degree sea view even from inside. And more views even from the hydro-massage tub in the terrace bathroom. You can feel like in a Mediterranean Cruise, while laying on the sofa. Distance 50 meters from the sea, and a nice sand beach. Open fireplace between living and bedroom. Two sunshade and four chaises in the beach in front of the complex. Two underground parking lots. Swimming pools and SPAs are accessible in few tens of meters distance. Waiter can bring orders in the veranda. One can offer live music, to invited friends, but has to know to play the piano for that. In the night, turning off all the lights, one can experience star watching, like in no other place, due to transparency of the air.

The apartment is next to the sea. Just walk down the stairs and you'll be at the beach promenade right by the sea. There are hotels, restaurants and cozy bars. In the evenings in high season, there is more hustle and bustle in the restaurants and sales along the beach promenade. The sunsets here are magical. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms with double beds in each room. In the living room, which is connected to the kitchen, there is a sofa bed and 2 extra beds. Outside the apartment there are also grocery stores
