Surrounded by wonderful hiking areas and the cities of Bayreuth and Kulmbach in beautiful nature, 70 square meters are waiting to relax and feel good. The center of Kulmbach can be reached in about 5 km and Bayreuth in about 20 minutes. Parking is available free of charge. In addition to two bedrooms, another room is available to get together to end the day nicely even in bad weather. In good weather, the garden behind the house can be used. Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balcony.

I had a wonderful stay at Nadine and her family’s place. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is calm and peaceful, beautifully surrounded by nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The contact with Tatjana was always reliable, very nice and welcoming. Even though the apartment was a bit outside for my activities on site and I rented a bike for it, the tranquility and the green surroundings were worth a lot to relax. I'd love to come back anytime!

We were in the apartment with seven adults and a toddler. We all had plenty of space in the four bedrooms. The ascent to the house and the apartment on the top floor is not barrier-free but not a problem for those who are good on their feet. There are numerous restaurants ten minutes away. TandoorWerk and Kommunbräu are highly recommended. There are small hikes in the area and right behind the house you can reach the castle within 15 minutes. Nice location for a weekend with more people.

We were here for the third time and look forward to the next time! Cozy, functional and everything you need is there. The location is unique and even in bad weather you can comfortably get under the canopy and can fire up the grill. I would be happy to come back.

Great well-kept one-room apartment with separate bathroom. Very nicely and tastefully divided and furnished. Everything very clean and modern. Private entrance with seating in front of the house for breakfast, etc. Very nice landlords. In the countryside, great location. Small village with 15/20 houses. Nearest town / shopping easily accessible but car necessary. And and our son (5) loved it and he wants to go back on his birthday 😅
