By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

The center of Kulmbach is about 5 km away and Bayreuth is about 20 minutes away. Parking is available for free. In addition to two bedrooms, another room is available to get together to end the day nicely even in bad weather. In good weather, the garden behind the house can be used. Smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balcony.
