Dear guests, all the shortcomings in our house have been eliminated and it has been renovated as of 10.15.2024. This unique place has a style all its own. Our detached villa is 40 meters above Sapanca Lake and has a lake view and a heated pool. At the same time, we have fireplaces on our porch and for the house. It is 800 meters from Eşme city center. It is 10 minutes from the center of Maşukiye, 15 minutes from the center of Sapanca and 4 minutes from the forest.

We tried to color your environment with the furniture and accessories we produced ourselves. We took care to ensure naturalness and simplicity with wooden pieces.

There are 2 double beds in our house. Our pool is active in the winter months with a heated pool and you can enjoy the pool in cold weather Kitchen and kitchen utensils are available. Our house is 2 hours from Istanbul and is very easy to reach. It is 40 minutes from Sapanca and 1.5 hours from Abanta. Only the top floor of our triplex house is for rent. Our garden is 8000 m2. There are various fruit trees in it. We offer breakfast and dinner upon request. You can do trekking, fishing, mushroom picking. We have extra rooms for large families and transfer from Istanbul.
