Our stone house, which is in one of the best locations of the central Greek Quarter of Bozcaada with sea and island views, also offers a unique service with the use of the common terrace area of the Denizyıldızı Hotel with sea views. Our stone house has two floors. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and a living area with a sofa bed. Downstairs there is a sitting area with 2 sofa beds, a kitchen, 2 toilets and 1 bathroom. In addition, breakfast service is provided at an additional fee per person at the restaurant that Denizyıldızı has an agreement with.

It is one of six houses located on a total of fifteen acres of land, nine acres of which are vineyards. It is a comfortable place where you can have a peaceful, calm and pleasant holiday with both vineyard and sea views. It is five minutes by car and about half an hour on foot to the center. We also have a dog named Safiye who lives with us. She is very docile and friendly. We cannot tie Safiye, who only wants to be loved. Therefore, our place is not suitable for people with a dog phobia.
