Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.

The Pr Tin house is located in the village of Ladra, 3 kilometers (1.9 miles) from Kobarid. The apartment was renovated in 2022. We offer 3 bedrooms, WC, bathroom, kitchen, air conditioning, balcony. The house is suitable for a couple or a family of 2 to 5 people. All the house is available for you when you book. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. We are 5 minutes by car to Kobarid, 20 minutes to Bovec.
