Welcome to a small piece of paradise in the rolling hills of Central Ohio! We are just outside of Mount Vernon, and it is 2.5 miles to Kenyon College and to MVNU. We are close to Granville, Amish Country and Mohican State Park. Our welcoming, large place is fully equipped with a kitchen, bedroom with a very comfy queen bed. It has great natural light and wonderful views! A very nice space that is entered from a shared hallway. On first floor, handicapped accessible, shower stall with seat.

Relax with the whole family here at The Loft, when you stay here you will have the house to yourself. Kenyon College and Mount Vernon Nazarene University are very close, which makes for a quiet getaway when visiting either campus. This is our rustic cabin that was built during prohibition and was a moonshiners paradise. There is no electricity and is completely off grid. There is a solar shower, lamps and candles, an RV toilet, gas/charcoal grill, outdoor fireplace, fire ring, picnic table etc. There is a queen size futon inside cabin and a futon with two cots in the screen room.
