Clean, contemporary, uncluttered, comfortable. Very well-equipped kitchen. Some traffic noise from the road, but it's to be expected. Easy to walk over the fields to Llandegla, and a very helpful host. Spot-on for all I needed overnight on a long-distance pilgrimage walk.

Silvie's Cottage is a true delight! Welcoming, extremely well equipped, spotlessly clean and feels like a home from home with lots of extra touches. Off road parking in a lovely residential street which is only a short stroll into Church Stretton and a choice of walks straight from the door with no need to use a car. The garden is lovely and adds to the overall atmosphere of a warm welcoming cottage. We loved our few days stay, would highly recommend and plan to return again....hopefully soon! What a treasure this place is. It's not just beautiful, peaceful and extremely homely - it's loved, full of stories and life. Shane is a perfect host - kind, responsive and dedicated to providing a lovely space. Even better is that he built it himself - so every little part has a purpose and a story. He knows each tree in the garden. There are peacocks, hares, deer and birdsong. Some places are meant to make people smile :-)

What an absolute gem!! The location of the lodge is fantastic, beautifully peaceful countryside with only the birds and local farm animals in sight and earshot. The photos really do not do it justice, the feel inside is super cosy and well equipped. Outside is on another level - the views over the fields, private hot tub and sauna as well as various different seating areas make it stand out. We had planned to walk to the local pub but we were having such a relaxing time we decided not to leave at all! We had asked for the hot tub to be warmed for when we got there, the only thing I will say is bring your fire making abilities with you as you'll need them! Michelle was a great host, she was very responsive both prior to the stay and during, and met us there to let us in, nothing was too much trouble. The return trip is already in discussions!

Great stay for six adults. We loved the large lounge out into the garden. Which was perfectly fenced off for dogs. Loved the hot tub and extra towels provided to use. Spotlessly clean and Angela was very responsive and welcoming.

The bungalow was ideal for our stay. Located in a quiet village outside of Shrewsbury it was still easy to get into the town, and also to get about in Shropshire. The furnishings were unique and interesting, but still all required amenities were provided and easy to use and the bungalow was comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at Bryn Du… location is just beautiful , cottage is clean, comfortable , cosy. Felt instantly relaxed on arrival. Toby was a great host , good communication..would highly recommend Bryn Du.

We were attending a Utility Warehouse conference weekend at the Telford International Centre so location and sleeping arrangements were high on our priorities. Sarah and the property were a perfect match. Sarah was so supportive from booking through to departure, everything you could possibly need was in the property including a guest pack for local information. Parking right outside the front door, so not far to carry luggage. The property is so bright and airy, the view from the kitchen area onto the very large back garden is beautiful straight from first light in the morning. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I would highly recommend this property, I would also have no hesitation on rebooking when we return next year.

Had a lovely couple of nights here and wished we had stayed longer! It was so quiet, peaceful and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is a lot bigger than the photos and descriptions show, it was super clean, spacious and the hot tub was nice and ready for our arrival - which we made great use of. We also booked a private 1 hour exclusive use of the indoor swimming pool on site (£12 for up to 4 people - bargain!) and all staff were very friendly. We would happily stay here again, comfortable bed, lots of appliances, super quiet - exceeded our expectations! Thank you
