The studio is within a secluded end of the road seafront bungalow and has a king-sized bed with optional third bed. It's a nice hideaway for a couple, friends or young family. Local cafes, hotels and shops are a 15 min walk. Perfect for walkers, cyclists & birders. The host is a local artist and conservationist who helped create the Arran Marine Protected Area and has good holiday tips.

The balcony overlooks the Firth of Clyde and the Holy Isle, and the tranquil view includes swans gliding across the water, oyster catchers on the shore and otters in the sea. The Vestry, St. Columbas Church

We have a quirky vestry, suitable for 2 adults or small family, attached to a converted church on Whiting Bay seafront. The Vestry has recently been converted to a high standard. It has a super kingsize bed plus a sofa bed in the living room/kitchen area. TV, cooker, fridge, kettle and toaster. Shower room/toilet. Views from the living room look out onto the sea and it's a stones throw away from the beach. Separate entrance with garden. Free parking. Bedlinen and towels provided. Free wifi.

Can sleep 4 adults or 2 adults & 2 children (We only accept dogs if prearranged) Private back garden with seating area. Private front forecourt with dining table & chairs. Across the road from a play park/field & beach. 5 minute walk to shop. 20min walk to local pub. We advise all customers to get travel insurance when travelling to an island.

Kelvinhaugh Cottage

Kelvinhaugh Cottage sits in the clachan, or hamlet, of Auchencairn, just outside the village of Whiting Bay. The cottage is at the end of the clachan on a quiet, paved, single track road, surrounded by fields. The cottage consists of a downstairs toilet and separate shower room, an open plan living room/dining room and kitchen. Upstairs is two twin rooms, while downstairs the front door opens out onto a large garden. There is an entrance porch for jackets/shoes at the back door.

Rose Cottage

Rose Cottage is a unique 18th Century lime washed stone cottage located a short distance from Whiting Bay. As a Category B listed building of architectural and historic interest, Rose Cottage is believed to be a long house typical of the Western Isles. A delightful home in a peaceful rural location, oozing charm and maintaining much of the original character. Accommodation comprises a large open plan lounge area with galleried mezzanine, kitchen, bathroom and one double room.

Just back after long let. Croc is tucked away at the end of a private drive and surrounded by fields, woods & a burn. Close to stunning beaches, mountains & near Lamlash village (10 minute walk). A perfect place to relax in an idylic setting. Sharing 4 acres of private grounds with Tim's Barn, Croc overlooks the marine reserve of Lamlash Bay. Both properties can be rented together and accommodate 7 comfortably (this could extend to 10 if use 2 sofa beds & 1 z-bed).

Quiet Retreat in Whiting Bay

Relax at this peaceful place to stay with sea and forest views. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and within easy access to the spectacular Glenashdale Falls, Giants Graves, The Fairy Glen and Kings Cross Point as well as forestry walks to Lamlash and Kildonan. Whiting Bay Golf Course is a 10 minute walk and for the animal lovers the red squirrels ,rabbits and grouse that frequent the garden are a delight to watch with the occasional deer or bird of prey never far away.

Oak Tree Hut

Unfortunately no dogs/children/infants are allowed. Oak Tree Hut is situated on our working sheep farm in Dumfries and Galloway. The views from the hut looks over St John’s Town of Dalry and up onto the Rhinns of Kells. Lie in bed watching the sunrise and sit on the verandah or soak in the outside bath while watching the sunset. Watch the bird life and livestock peacefully fly and amble by. The hut has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and memorable.

Our apartment is perfect for couples looking for a cosy spot by the sea and for those who want to discover some of Arran’s natural beauty, with access to the Glenashdale Falls walk right next door. Having two bedrooms Easedale can also accommodate families. The beach is opposite the apartment,a lovely place for children to bring their bucket and spades and have hours of fun.
