Die Unterkunft war einfach großartig! Alles war modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, genau wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, und es hat an nichts gefehlt – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den gemütlichen Möbeln. Die Lage war ruhig, aber dennoch gut angebunden, sodass man schnell überall hinkommt. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen!

We loved staying with Mihajlo. They were very flexible, easy to communicate with, and they waited for us until midnight. I would recommend them as kind and very hospitable hosts! The walk to the city center is 10min, so its perfect too!

Super nam je bilo u apartmanu, kad smo došli sve je bilo uredno i mirisalo na čisto. Petar nam je poslao jako detaljne instrukcije za ulazak u apartman i brzo odgovarao na poruke. Jako veliki plus je parking u garaži zgrade i sama lokacija zgrade jer se realno svugde može stići peške. Naravno, jakuzi je šlag na torti ovde, zaista je opuštajuće.

Wir hatten einige Schwierigkeiten mit der Anreise, aber Boyze reagierte flexibel und hat trotz Terminverschiebung mehrfach auf uns gewartet. Vor Ort hat er uns den Weg zur Unterkunft (Diese befindet sich in einer Einkaufspassage) gezeigt. Er hat uns zudem bei Prepaid SIM-Karten geholfen. Alles super, bitte nur die Klobrille wechseln, da diese nicht angeschraubt war, war das Vorhaben immer sehr Experimentell 🙈😅 Alles in allem aber eine Mega Super schöne, große Wohnung mit perfekter Lage und absolut unschlagbarer Preis-Leistung! 👍

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa Visocka Rzana, and we are absolutely thrilled! The villa far exceeded our expectations - it was even better than the photos. The spacious living room, comfortable beds, TVs in every room, fast Wi-Fi, and central heating from the stove created perfect conditions for a cozy retreat. The house was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest details. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, and the bathroom was clean and modern. We were especially enchanted by the surrounding nature: the villa is nestled among stunning mountains and greenery, with only the sound of birds breaking the silence. The host, Dejan, is an incredibly kind and attentive person. He welcomed us warmly, provided excellent recommendations, including a hike. The villa’s location is perfect for those seeking peace and a connection with nature while staying in comfort. Thanks, we will definitely be back!

La personne qui nous a accueilli était chaleureuse et serviable. Notre chien golden retriever a été accueilli aussi chaleureusement que nous. L’appartement est rangé parfaitement, propreté impeccable, moustiquaires sur toutes les fenêtres, on s’y sent bien. On n’a pas eu besoin de mettre l’air conditionné, l’air frais entrant des fenêtres nous a bien rafraîchi. Le jardin est un havre de paix, minutieusement arrangé. Nous voulions un plat végétarien: Milan a appelé pour nous les restaurants du village pour demander s’ils peuvent nous en préparer un. Comme cela n’était pas possible, Milan s’est occupé de faire quelques courses et nous préparer un repas. On a eu un vrai festin: salade typique (shopska) des légumes de leur potager (la meilleure de toutes mes vacances dans les Balkans), pindzur, kajmak, œufs durs, pain délicieux, et autres.. le déjeuner au matin était aussi bon que le repas du soir (fait maison également) avec des plats de la région. Nous allons certainement revenir.

Mezgraja is in really wild nature. Slobodan accomodation is like paradise with pool, hot tab and nice garden. Slobodan and him wife are very nice people and served us delicios breakfast. I highly recommend!

One of the most amazing accommodations I've experienced. I was late because we were delayed at the border, but the host's husband came to the bus station for me by car. The next day, he drove me around the city, understood my native language, and bought me breakfast. He bought tickets to each museum for himself and explained the details. The accommodation is right in the center and is modernly equipped. Thank you for the great experiences. I love Serbia

Alles war super. Sehr sehr schöne eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr gerne wieder.

Vladimir (värden) var väldigt hjälpsam och skickade beskrivande bilder så vi frågade efter saker (ex var sopor ska slängas, var extra täcke fanns), samt var väldigt flexibel och trevlig. Vi var väldigt nöjda med lägenheten. Den var stor och rymlig med de bekvämligheter vi behövde samt en fantastisk uteplats på taket som vi nyttjade varje dag. Bodde två vuxna och ett barn och alla hade gott om plats. Område är inte det finaste men läget överväger då Vi hade nära till allt vi behövde, så som affärer, mat, sevärdheter osv. Området var lugnt utan något som störde trots dess centrala läge. Många skriver om trapporna för att ta sig upp till lägenheten. Inget problem om man är frisk och pigg. Man vande sig snabbt, men bra att vara beredd på. Vi är väldigt nöjda med allt och kan tänka oss att hyra lägenheten igen om vi besöker Nis igen! Tack för allt!

As described, secure, clean & comfortable. Central location with an easy walk to shops, city mall centre and attractions. Please note this is a smoking building and apartment but tenants all do their upmost to keep the place immaculate.
