House on the lake (4/4), summer dream with enjoyment & nature

The lake house, my personal life's dream. But too big to use alone. Away from mass tourism in the middle of the mountains, right on the lake surrounded by forests. In and around the house everything is very generous for people and animals. Very important to us personally. In addition to two barbecue/fireplaces, the private jetty, beanbags and garden swings, rowboat, SUP and garden hut ("Villa Seen-Sucht"), our guests can use everything... so it's more fun for all of us. A special place!

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

Winzerhaus am Schöckl [Winery on the Schöckl]

At the foot of the Graz local mountain, the Schöckl, at 1000 m above sea level, is a winery house that has been demolished and rebuilt in Western Styria. Everything important is taken care of to enjoy a well-deserved break from everyday life. The dreamy location right on the edge of the forest scores with a good dose of fresh air to breathe deeply. The spacious wooden terrace with breathtaking views invites you to linger and sharpen your view of the essentials in life.

Two fun-loving pensioners rent their cozy home for guests: The lower floor of our two-family house in a rural setting is completely at your disposal. Beautiful garden terrace and garden to chill after … a hike on the Zirbitzkogel … a bike ride on the Mur Cycling Path … an exciting day at the RED BULL Ring (FORMULA 1, MOTO GP, DTM) …or as a relaxing stopover on the way home from the south. The vacation home dasBergblick is situated in a quiet location and offers plenty of feel-good atmosphere with direct views of the Hoher Sarstein. The Ausseerland lakes and the "Loser" ski resort are a few minutes drive away - snowshoe hikes, walks and bike rides are possible directly from the house. We can accommodate up to 4 people.
