This comes with a 40x16 boat slip for your use. This has a very large lot with plenty of room for the kids to run and play or swim and fish right off the dock. It has a fully equipped kitchen, bbq, two big screen smart TV’s, coffee maker, and a plush massage recliner that is heated. No pets. :)

The tiny home has a comfortable 400+ sf deck that overlooks the rows of grapes, raspberries, seasonal veggies, chicken coop and a small orchard on site. The rented space will be the entire tiny house and surrounding deck/ fenced area but the rest of the property, including the Chicken Cabana, an exterior bathroom with toilet, is an occasionally shared space.
