Boligen ligger på historisk grunn med utsikt til Oscarsborg. Rett ovenfor eiendommen ligger Kopåsbatteriet, en kanonstilling som deltok i beskytningen av det tyske krigsskipet Blucher 9.april 1940. Hytte beliggende i idylliske Lyseren strandpark, kjent fra Sommerhytta på TV2. Hytta var ny i 2018 og har høy og moderne standard. Flott og skjermet beliggenhet, med fantastisk utsikt mot Lyseren. Det er fine turmuligheter rundt hytta. På sommeren innbyr Lyseren til svømming og vannaktiviteter, mens på vinteren er det skiløyper og skøyteis. Vi har tilgjengelig for våre gjester trampoline, 2 kajakker, liten robåt og SUP. Et perfekt sted for barnefamilier.
