Vacation rentals in Kloof

An absolute paradise! Great for all ages, we had from a toddler for the day to 85 year old mama, who all felt at home and had a wonderful time. We lived on the back porch, soaking in the sun and breeze and catching up with each other after 2 years apart. Would absolutely stay again!

Our stay at Lyn and Steve’s was absolutely incredible! The home is so beautiful and quiet and we got to be within a few hundred meters of one of our favourite beaches. Rocky and Pickles are the sweetest most well behaved pups and their visits were such a highlight for us! Lyn and Steve, thank you so much for being so welcoming and for creating a space that gave us the best rest and reset for our souls!

The place was literally a home away from home. Michelle was so responsive and willing to help with our requests. We had privacy and the area was safe. The place is everything you see/read and more! Will definitely book again- great value for money

Well appointed, comfortable unit with lots of space and light. Located right on the beach with easy access to the promenade for walking. Lovely, spacious patio with 180 degree views of the ocean. Kitchen is modern with all appliances. Thank you, we enjoyed our relaxing stay.

The room is big, very clean and has everthing as described and shown in the pictures. Next time I am in Umhlanga, I will book it again.

Exactly what we wanted, somewhere to stay that was near the beach, affordable, clean and comfortable. This was better than our expectation. On arrival we were welcomed by the host Liesl who was extremly friendly and warm and made us feel very welcome. The place was super clean, the bed was so comfortable and everything was juts perfect. The host thought of everything from a beach bag we could use to an umbrella if it rained and we were even welcomed with tea, coffee and rusks. We highly recommend this place to stay as its nothing less than amazing and your stay will be perfect, right on the beach and tranquil. A perfect holiday stay.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience staying here. Nikki and Tom went above and beyond as air b&b hosts and truly made my experience amazing. When I landed in Durban, they picked me up from the airport and after learning that my luggage was stuck in Joburg, they took me to the store so that I could get some toiletries and food for the day. They were so patient and warm in every interaction that I had with them. When we lost water, they brought me a 5 liter jug and were extremely communicative any time we lost water or electricity. I was in Durban for two months and struggled to find people to travel with and they literally adopted me most weekends to hang out with them at their beach club. Regarding the air bnb itself, it was the perfect size for me. It is in the safest neighborhood with great restaurants and a bakery within walking distance! There's fiber internet and a washing machine. Loved this little cottage, love Nikki and Tom, and love Durban!!
