Mastua

Mastua is a very cozy little house that is peacefully located on a farm just 20 minutes drive from Trondheim. Two bedrooms with three beds, a wood stove, hotplates, refrigerator and running water. Outside there is lush nature with many hiking opportunities in forests and mountains, a large garden (for play and relaxation) with both a fireplace and a table with benches. In the barn building nearby (about 50 meters) there is a new and cozy bathroom with shower and toilet. 5 minutes by car to the shop and 10 minutes to the shopping mall.

Cabin in Granåsen, Trondheim

Renting out a cozy little cottage close to Granåsen and Bymarka. A perfect starting point for skiing and hiking in forests and fields. Or to retreat a bit after a city trip. The cabin consists of one room with hallway, kitchenette and living room. There is a loft that sleeps two people and a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two. Electricity and there is wood burning and access to firewood. Outdoor toilet. Simple standard. There is no running water, but water is available in water jugs. Cozy and intimate.

Modern Lakefront Cabin

Modern and spacious cabin of about 140 sqm idyllically located close to the beach edge on Selbusjøen, just half an hours drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and tumble dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for larger children. In addition, there is a basement living room with double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV in all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Idyllic place in the forest with sauna!

Here you can really get away from city noise. Ski trails are rigt behind the corner and you can enjoy a hot sauna after a long day outdoor. We live upstairs in the house, but we rent out a simple independent apartment in the groundfloor. In December 2021 we refurbished it with a new bathroom, sauna and kitchenette. Although the house seems remote, it's only a 15/20 minutes walk to the tram that takes you directly to the city center. Let us know if there is anything you'd like to know! :-)

The apartment is located in a peaceful and popular residential area with a central location. With about 15 minutes by direct bus or car you arrive in Trondheim city center. There is a short distance to the forest, which is a popular hiking area for both tourists and locals, summer and winter. It is walking distance to Sauptadsenteret with, among other things, grocery stores, pharmacies, post office, hairdresser, gym, eatery and gas station with 24-hour Deli de Luca.

Frequent departures to, for example, Trondheim city center or the shopping centers at Tiller. Great hiking opportunities with proximity to nature and Bymarka.

Great 2 bedroom apartment close to Heimdal, Trondheim. The apartment is 5 minutes walk away from the bus stop with very good bus connections to Trondheim city center. The apartment has a porch with seating. Parking is possible just outside the apartment. 10 minutes walk to grocery store (Coop Extra and Coop Prix). In winter, there are ski slopes just outside the door. In summertime it is only a short walk to the field.

The apartment has two large double bedrooms, large terrace, and is fully equipped with everything you need. Short way to bus that goes directly to Trondheim city center. In Heimdal city center you will find several shops and restaurants, City Syd shopping center is a few minutes away by car.

Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.

Apartment at a farm in Trondheim

This apartment is located less than 20 km from downtown Trondheim, it is located on a farm at the countryside. Close to the river Nidelva and hiking areas. The apartment is well suited for couples, those traveling alone and for small famlilies. It`s good to have your own car while staying here, beacause our apartment isn't so available by bus..
