The apartment is located on the second floor, has 52 square meters. It has two bedrooms and one bathroom, a kitchen(fully maintained), a hallway, and a living room. It has internet access and two televisions. Smoking is allowed. The apartment is located 1 minute from the city center where you can find various restaurants, shops and everything you need.

This studio apartment for two is situated above Mošćenicka Draga. The best thing about studio is magnificent view on the Kvarner gulf which you will never forget. You have 4 km of road from the Adriatic sea and from the one of the most beautiful beaches in Croatia...Sipar in Mošćenička Draga and 1,2km from Mošćenice. There is a way through the wood by foot and you are on the beach in 15 min . Car recomended. Except the view you can enjoy peaceful area without many poeple and see real Croatia.

Apartment is in a private house with courtyard and a parking place. It has flat TV, Wi-Fi,aircondition,heating,well equipped tea kitchen,all the necessery for cooking,bathroom with a little tub,basic toiletties set,towels,hair dryer,linen,private entrance and terace. Medieval Old city of Buzet lies on a hilltop above a fertile valley of the longest Istrian river Mirna which is visible from the large Skadanjs' terrace. Skadanj is situated in a small village Krbavčići near the mountainous plateau Ćićarija. Previously, Skadanj was an old threshing barn that has been built by our grandparents, located at the end of the village and surrounded by the green area. In 2017 it was renovated. Outside the house is a beautiful swimming pool with the wooden sun deck.
