House vacation rentals in Klenovica

Villa Ursa is located right in the heart of a small village. However a tall fence provides a sense of privacy. We visited at the beginning of June and there was almost no people in the village which for us was ideal as we enjoy peace and quiet above else (Lana informed us that during summer season it is a completely different story so have that in mind if you are visiting during July or August). You have a heated indoor pool and as the posting mentions a beach bar with a nice coastline just 10 min walk from the Villa (for us the sea was warm enough to swim in but a lot of people did not go into the water). Inside of the Villa looks modern and traditional at the same time which gives it a nice aesthetic. Lana was a kind host who welcomed us with a local wine bottle, freshly baked bread and a meat platter. We really enjoyed our stay and it is highly likely that we will visit again.

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

We were 2 adults and 2 teens (16+14) in the accommodation as a family of 4. We loved the tranquility and seclusion. That was exactly what we wanted. The house is small,but it is completely sufficient. Everything is nicely decorated and placed. Exactly as you can see from the pictures. The outdoor area is simply a dream. Thought out to the smallest corner. We used the outdoor kitchen regularly. We were there now in October and also had good weather. ( an average of 22 degrees☀️) This made very good use of the pool and hot tub. The small bay is also just very nice. We spent a whole day there and were all alone. We highly recommend this place. We will be back. 🫶🏻🇭🇷☀️

We vacationed with our friends in Villa Propuh over New Year's Eve and it was just fantastic! The villa corresponds exactly to the pictures – beautiful, clean and with an incredible view. The hot tub and sauna were the absolute highlight, perfect to relax after a long day. The landlady is super friendly and accommodating, you immediately feel welcome. All in all, a perfect place for an unforgettable vacation. We will definitely be coming back!

Everything perfect! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the communication to the location and cleanliness - this accommodation is an absolute dream! Child-friendly equipped with children's dishes/cutlery, elevated pool with gate and a private playground in the garden, everything has been thought of here and implemented with a lot of love for detail. You can tell that it is not just an Airbnb house, but a lot of the owners' passion flows into the care. Even with self-inflicted complications, we were helped immediately and very kindly, which is absolutely not a matter of course. All in all, I can highly recommend this property! Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

We had a wonderful time in the house, the location is very quiet, the house very private. That has a beautiful outdoor area where we stayed most of the time. The communication with the owner as well as the agency was quick and always very polite. The house has everything you need

Laura's house is situated in the middle of a fantastic garden, which she lovingly maintains. We spent a lot of time at the pool and at the house and drove to the nearby beach in the late afternoon. It was perfect for us and I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you, Laura

A beautiful setting and a way to relax in nature and the sounds of the birds. Perfectly decorated former hayloft that is filled with all the amenities to spend a wonderful time with a better half. The jacuzzi and sauna are with a beautiful view. The cleanliness is immaculate and the property is full of little things that sometimes forget to bring for a weekend trip. The house is a beautiful blend of most traditional and modern decor where everything stands cozy in the space. The view and access is full of privacy since it is at the end of a place with a nice meadow to the forest.

Quiet, too late to rest. Caring people who love to cook and share food with others. Lots of kitty in the neighborhood. Mario allowed us to bring our kitties too, we had no problems. A bit of a walk to the Selce waterfront, and a little further to Crikvenica. Driving on the highway beautiful. All in all, we are coming again! ☺️

We had a great time relaxing and breathtaking views not to be missed surrounded by very nice and hospitable neighbors, everything was very clean and well organized. I wholeheartedly recommend going there. We will definitely come back

It was a really nice house and I felt happy from the moment I arrived! I've stayed at a lot of BNBs, but I don't know of a place as great as this. It's clean, with humorous and tasteful furniture and accessories, and has everything you need. In addition, there are wonderful views, beautiful starry skies, the sound of insects in the silence of the night, the incomparable splendor of the morning sun, and countless opportunities for healing. Most importantly, the warm welcome from the host and the friendly neighbors made us feel like we were naturally welcomed, which enriched our trip. The host must take good care of the house.I think that's why I feel this is so wonderful. Highly recommended for those who want to heal their bodies and minds tired from work and the city.

The place is very nicely decorated, clean, sophisticated, and spacious. The view is beautiful, Cvetomir is extremely nice and 3 minutes walk from the beach. I will definitely be back! :)

Perfect apartement. Fully equipped, we had everything we needed. It is clean, spacious and really nice. Less than 10 minutes everywhere - sea, shop, city or promenade with restaurants.

We stayed at Sanja's in Dramalj in early June, a small place, very quiet, hardly any tourists. Beautiful beach and clear water. Sanja was very friendly and the accommodation perfect with small garden, terrace and beautiful balcony and hanging chair. The view of the sea is enchanting and we had a wonderful time. On foot, it is about 7 minutes downhill to the beach with a small beach bar and loungers to rent. We will be happy to come back.

All as described. Great place Space enough for family of four. The terrace and the view of the sea are of course the highlight! Quietly located. The campsite in general is rather spacious. The pools can be reached quickly from the property, the descent and ascent to the sea a little further than expected (from us), but still within walking distance. Great beach - ideal with kids. Antonio was always available for our concerns. Nice contact, clear recommendation!

The place was clean and conveniently furnished for us. The kitchen was well equipped. Cabinets for clothes were sufficient and the bed was comfortable. From the small balcony you could look at the sea, the mountains and the neighboring islands. We had breakfast there every day, with great views. The 200 steps down to the beach are a breeze, but going back up is exhausting, but doable. From the beach, you can wonderfully stroll into the town. In the evening, it is wonderful to see the sun sink into the sea. We were also totally thrilled with hiking in the Velebit Mountains. The hosts were always available and very helpful. We had problems with our car, the landlord drove us to the workshop and arranged everything.

We had a great stay at Juraj’s appartment in Klenovica. The appartment was really spacious ( comfortable for 5-6 people) with a big living room and terrace orriented to the sea - sea view was great and we watched sunset every evening :-) Kitchen was well equipped - large fridge with a freezer, washing machine, dishes - we didn’t miss anything. 3 rooms were also spacious with comfortable beds. Location was quiet, around 5-7 minutes walking from beach - you need to walk uphill with some stairs but it was ok also for kids. We didn’t meet Juraj personally but he was nice, always willing to help or answer questions in a few minutes. When we arrived he prepared for us in the appartment some fresh fruits and cold cola and water in a fridge :-) In general, the appartment was worth it, we were satisfied and highly recommend.

Amazing views from the balcony over breakfast and watching the sunset over the sea. Apartment was simply furnished but adequately furnished with some lovely artwork on the walls. A lovely pizzeria around 10 mins walk away and several other restaurants down by the sea. Perfect for us. Wish we could have stayed longer

Despite earlier arrival, we were allowed to move quickly in one of the rooms and already store our belongings to go to the beach until check-in. Beach in the village is beautiful, but there are also many beautiful coves nearby that are easily accessible. Very tasty pizza in the street below. Overall, everything you need. Very nice and hard-working homeowners.

Biserka and her family's house was perfect! Biserka and her family are very friendly and always there if you need something or have a question. The house is in a quiet location and has a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy your coffee in the morning. The house is really tasteful and beautifully furnished down to the last detail. The cleanliness is perfect! The bedrooms are on the 1st floor. Air conditioning available. TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime. The best thing was the kitchen, which is fully equipped and you can prepare your meals like you would at home. You rarely find something like this. The house is a dream and everything is really perfect! You can't have it better. I can only recommend the location to everyone! We'd love to come back. We say thank you to Biserka, Vjeko and Alen for their hospitality. The house is also ideal for families with 2 to 3 children. And animals are allowed too. You can only give full stars as a rating here.

great for families with small children. Ante is a great very nice host. Not far away is a football field and opposite a great pizzeria. The accommodation is nice and large and you can possibly retreat. We also loved the pool, which was big enough for all of us. The location is quiet with a few cars passing by from time to time, but it does not seem disturbing. It is a five-minute walk to the sea, there are also restaurants, souvenirs and a concum. We had a very nice time with Ante in Croatia and would be happy to come back.
