The St. Kathrein thermal baths are located right across the street. The baker in the house offers fresh pastries. The ski lift and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment with its living room and bedroom can accommodate 2-5 people. It has a separate toilet and bathroom and from the living room you can access the loggia overlooking the mountains of St. Oswald.

The apartment has a double bed (160x200cm), dining area for two people, sat TV, WiFi (free), kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and fridge, also a small anteroom and bathroom with shower and toilet.

An open fireplace in the living area and stylish furnishings invite you to spend cozy hours in the chalet. The log cabin has a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed (1,4 meters) and can accommodate up to 4 people.

Do not hesitate, book this one! Daniela and Andrey did an amazing job with their lovely Sunshine apartment at Rosie Design Chalet. The apartment was spotless, well-heated, modern, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. Bright and spacious, it also offered stunning mountain and slope views. We were two couples, each with a toddler, and having a private bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus. The apartment had good sound insulation, and the toys provided for the kids were a thoughtful touch. Since we traveled by car, private parking for both vehicles was a great convenience. The location is excellent,just a 5-10 minute walk to the Nockalmbahn gondola, which takes you straight to the slopes. In peak snowy season, this place is likely almost ski-in/ski-out. For other gondolas, you’ll need a car or can take the bus, which conveniently stops right next to the building. Daniela and Andrey were fantastic hosts, with clear communication before and during our stay. A fantastic value!

A nice apartment with a small private garden. The rooms are all sparkling clean and stylishly furnished and decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped (hot plate, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and stocked with plenty of cooking utensils - ideal for self-catering. Bedroom is also stylishly furnished and has a very comfortable bed. The only downside: There were too few storage options for suitcases or too few free compartments in the wardrobe for our need. We were particularly pleased: We were there during the Christmas holidays, and Margarete had even set up a nicely decorated Christmas tree.

A modern kitchen reflects a clean design, featuring white cabinetry with open shelves displaying glassware and utensils. An integrated microwave and coffee maker are positioned above the countertop. A dishwasher is revealed with the door open, while the refrigerator stands empty beside it.

The apartment is very nice, excellently equipped and very clean. We particularly liked the view. Communication with Hans Peter went great and his parents were always available and really very friendly. We can only recommend a stay at the apartment

Anna's apartment is exactly what you need for a family skiing trip in Bad Kleinkirchheim. You can walk to the slope in less than 5 minutes. It is well furnished and very clean. Anna is also very responsive, and the instructions she sent us were super detailed and clear. Would recommend to anyone.
