Die Unterkunft (60m2) befindet sich direkt an der Dorfstraße im Zentrum von Bad Kleinkirchheim. Hier seid ihr mitten im Geschehen. Die Therme St. Kathrein liegt gleich gegenüber. Das frische Gebäck bietet der Bäcker im Haus. Skilift und zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich in Gehdistanz. Das Appartement bietet mit seinem Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer Platz für 2-5 Personen. Es hat ein separates WC und Bad und vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man auf die Loggia mit Blick auf die Berge von St. Oswald.

An open fireplace in the living area and stylish furnishings invite you to spend cozy hours in the chalet. Despite the initial difficulties we had a wonderful stay. Riff is a generous host, and easy to communicate with, problems were promptly addressed and quickly solved. The place itself is magical, the emptiness of the village that others found spooky actually was uplifting for us, and the quietness and the beauty of the mountains offered perfect immersion and winding down. The house is lovely and cosy, the upper store is a child’s dream - my son enjoyed it immensely. We are regulars to the area, know the neighboring ski-resort very well and beside skiing we enjoyed the local cuisine very much, or sometimes just grabbed a pizza from the village down in the valley. Do not hesitate, book this one! Daniela and Andrey did an amazing job with their lovely Sunshine apartment at Rosie Design Chalet. The apartment was spotless, well-heated, modern, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. Bright and spacious, it also offered stunning mountain and slope views. We were two couples, each with a toddler, and having a private bathroom for every bedroom was a huge plus. The apartment had good sound insulation, and the toys provided for the kids were a thoughtful touch. Since we traveled by car, private parking for both vehicles was a great convenience. The location is excellent,just a 5-10 minute walk to the Nockalmbahn gondola, which takes you straight to the slopes. In peak snowy season, this place is likely almost ski-in/ski-out. For other gondolas, you’ll need a car or can take the bus, which conveniently stops right next to the building. Daniela and Andrey were fantastic hosts, with clear communication before and during our stay. A fantastic value!

Wij logeerden met onze 3 dochters tussen 13 &18 in het appartement voor onze skivakantie. Zeer mooi appartement, alles aanwezig om er een top vakantie van te maken: goed uitgeruste keuken met oven, leuke zithoek, ruime slaapkamers met dito badkamer en skiruim voor latten en schoenen. Zeer rustig gelegen ook, met parking voor de deur. Vlakbij de skilift, heel makkelijk om ‘‘s morgens vlot te starten met skiën. In het dal ook mogelijkheid om EV te laden, en winkels voor inkopen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, Top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der Ausblick hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit Hans Peter lief super und auch seine Eltern waren immer erreichbar und wirklich sehr freundlich. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung nur empfehlen

Anna's apartment is exactly what you need for a family skiing trip in Bad Kleinkirchheim. You can walk to the slope in less than 5 minutes. It is well furnished and very clean. Anna is also very responsive, and the instructions she sent us were super detailed and clear. Would recommend to anyone.
