This charming apartment in the heart of Berlin is surrounded by restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries and museums, yet quiet. It is lovingly planned and furnished. The apartment can accommodate 4 people. The bedroom is small but has a 160x200 double bed. The living room is equipped with a cosy sitting corner including a 140x200 sleeping sofa. Please know the sofa is not as comfortable as a propper bed. We finally got an elevator! The way to metro, bus and tram stations is short.

We rent out 2 appartments. You are looking at the smaller unit. (The larger unit you find here: https://www.airbnb.de/rooms/21642508) The stable from 1891 was renovated into a 3-unit-home in 2016. The surrounding gardens are a work in progress. The property is quite large and you can always find a quiet and peaceful spot in the sun. The night sky is wonderful for star gazing. Up to 10 stork families nest in the village from April to August each year.

Direkt gegenüber gehört zu der Wohnung eine Pferdekoppel mit Sitzgelegenheit, von der aus man die herrlicher Natur insbesondere aber wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann - auch wenn man keine Pferde mitbringt. Von dort starten unzählige Wandermöglichkeiten, zu Seen mit Badestellen und zu Wäldern.
