Thanks to the good public transport links (2 minutes' walk), all important sights, restaurants and shopping facilities are easily accessible. (15 min to the center / 20 min to the train station). Free parking is available right outside the front door like sand on the sea. 🌊

Dieses abgeschlossene Apartment ( ca. 20 m² ) liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres Hauses zum Hinterhof . Im Zimmer befindet sich ein großes gemütliches Doppelbett ( 180 x 200 ) und eine Sitzecke. Im Flur zum allein genutzten Badezimmer, steht eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank, Herd und Backofen. Unser Haus liegt in Fußgänger Entfernung ( 5 min ) zur Innenstadt mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten, und 10 min. zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof.

We have furnished our apartment with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is located a few minutes' walk from Bremen's Werdersee. We Bremeners love the walk along the Weser. The apartment has two balconies that invite you to relax. The tram is 10 minutes to the Domsheide in the city center of Bremen. The Neustadt is the new trendy district and only a few minutes' walk away. There are numerous shopping opportunities nearby.

A cozy Baltic Sea atmosphere awaits you in this accommodation The apartment has a separate entrance with a small terrace in front of the entrance door and is located in the basement of the house on the street side. Tram and bus connections are close by. There is also a free, guarded parking garage. In just 10 minutes, Lake Werder can be reached on foot, and in just 15 minutes, you can reach Lake Krimpelsee.

My small apartment is located right in the neighborhood; a lively district of Bremen with a lot of great pubs and culture. However, it is located in a quiet side street, near the Weser and the city center, with a small balcony overlooking the greenery. Parking is free in all streets around the apartment.
