Monthly Rentals in Klein-Winternheim

Tobias’ charming Airbnb was perfect for us! This newly renovated, sparkling clean apartment is in the heart of the suburb of Mainz-Gonsenheim. We enjoyed the excellent public transportation and the free covered parking spot. Breite Straße offers a fantastic selection of bakeries, a butcher shop, various retail stores, pharmacies, grocery stores and restaurants - all within walking distance. We especially loved the “Bürgerhof” (on the ground floor of the same building) with its friendly and welcoming atmosphere and its delicious choices of traditional German fare! At night, the surroundings were peaceful and quiet and we appreciated the comfortable bed. Tobias is an incredibly attentive and responsive host. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

My husband and I were traveling for work. It was a very relaxing stay, we felt very comfortable from the first moment and were able to relax superbly in our free time - especially in the pretty little garden with wonderful sunshine. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed with Mareike for the 2nd time and immediately felt at home again. The apartment is very clean and the lower-level living room area is totally charming. Mareike is a very attentive host, the exchange is great and the reactions quick. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment was clean, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. The quiet surroundings were really good for us.
