Our guests have at their disposal a spacious first floor of our family home which is renovated in 2020 and includes a spatious terrace with a wonderful view. Our house is located at the waterfront with several restaurants and caffe bars, as well as a supermarket within a two-minute walk. A small beach is right outside, while a more popular beach is 10-minutes walk away. The island offers a natural park, beautiful beaches, a cave etc. while Sali offer rent-a-boat/bike, a night club etc.

Smještaj je bio vrhunski – prekrasno uređen, čist i uredan pri dolasku. Maja je bila izuzetno pristupačna i uvijek dostupna za sva naša pitanja i podršku, bez obzira na doba dana. Nin je idealno odredište za obitelji s malom djecom zbog predivnih plaža koje djeca obožavaju. Stari dio grada, gdje se nalaze svi važni sadržaji, udaljen je svega nekoliko minuta hoda, a trgovine i restorani su nam bili vrlo blizu. Posebno bih istaknuo profesionalnost osoblja u restoranima i izvrsnu hranu. Preporučujem svima ljetovanje u Ninu i boravak u Majinim apartmanima!

The experience staying in Tihana’s place was great, Tihana’s was caring and lovely, reaching out to us multiple times ensuring we are having a great time in the island, sharing local recommendations. The place is great, 2 mins walk to a private spot right on the island waterfront. The place has great location, only 5 mins drive to mainland, and around 45 mins to Krk southern part.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Vinko und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft sah genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern und war sehr sauber und großzügig. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, bietet einem aber alles was das Herz begehrt. Wir hatten die ersten Tage noch kein Auto, konnten aber alles, z.B. einen kleinen Supermarkt, Restaurants und den Hafen in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichen. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön und gut zum Baden geeignet, wenn man Steinstrand mag. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. ☺️

Marina is a very nice host, the garden is beautiful and there are many places to relax. I liked the well-equipped kitchen, we were able to cook delicious meals. The walls are quite thin, so you can hear the neighbor, but apart from that everything was fine, I can recommend the accommodation.

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft, alles sehr sauber und die Lage ist perfekt. Man hat direkten Meerblick vom Balkon aus und zudem hat man kleine Extras wie das Ausleihen von Sup,Fahrrädern etc , was uns sehr gefreut hat. Davor ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns viele Tipps für Aktivitäten in der Gegend gegeben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder :))

The place is as it is described, equipped, clean, recently renewed, cozy, with a very friendly responsive host. It has all is needed for a joyful comfortable stay. We were with two and stayed for less than a week. We enjoyed our stay a lot ant it is totally worth the money. The equipped studio makes it comfortable to stay even longer. The building and neighborhood is rather calm. There is small supermarket across the street, if needed. The location is very comfortable, close to the center while being easily accessible by car. There are parking lots in the street, also there is a parking close by. We parked both on the street and also in the parking. The parking is within few hundred meters and was comfortable to reach on foot.

Fantastic view, wonderful location and everything you would need. 5 minutes walk from the old town and sitting on the balcony watching the goings on in the port was a special kind of joy 🤩 Modena was fantastic, everything was communicated easily and quickly and was extremely helpful. Nous avons été accueilli par le fils de Barbara qui a été très amical et qui nous a donné des explications précises. L’appartement se situe à deux pas de la marina et du colosseum. L’architecture de l’immeuble est juste magnifique ! Le tout est joliment décoré, très bien équipé et très propre. Barbara a pris la peine de remplir le frigo d’urne bouteille d’eau, du lait et une bonne bouteille de vin blanc. Il y avait également des épices pour cuisiner et tout ce qu’il faut pour faire la petite vaisselle et/ou pour lancer le lave vaisselle. De plus, Barbara a pensé aux essuies de plage pour le bon nombre de personnes. Il n’y a donc rien à prévoir si ce n’est que d’arriver et de savourer notre séjour. Il y a la climatisation dans le salon et dans la plus petite chambre. En dormant avec la porte ouverte, la grande chambre a une température idéale. La literie est très bonne ainsi que les oreillers. En bref, nous recommandons ce logement et nous y retournons certainement ! Merci Barbara
