Guests have access to a wonderful private garden, situated just 40 m from the house (accessible by stairs). Local beach is accessible just a few steps from the garden. The house is situated in the first and only row on the coast with no disturbance of other tourists. It's the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

It is located in a small and quiet place only 3-4 minutes drive from the center of town Senj. Apartment is situated in the house, at the first floor and has two balconies.
