Hiking trails lead directly from the house to Lake Schwarzsee or via the Seidlalm to the Hahnenkamm.

Dazu ein Flachbildschirm Fernsehgerät und für Ihre Getränke ein kleiner Kühlschrank sowie Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toast, alles bereit für ein gelungenes Frühstück. Die Lage ist im Zentrum von Kitzbühel, man braucht kein Auto um Restaurants, Nachtlokale oder die Skilifte zu Fuß zu erreichen. WLAN frei, Nichtraucher, keine Haustiere.
