A great place to spend a few relaxing days in the mountains. The apartment is quietly located, absolutely clean and cozy. Everything is really available – from the well-equipped kitchen to the loving furnishings. The communication with the host was excellent: quick, friendly, and helpful.

Communication with Verena was very good, easy and absolutely straightforward from start to finish. We were allowed to enter the apartment much earlier, which was very accommodating for us with 3 children. Even during the 4 days, we always got direct answers to questions. Asked twice, helped ad hoc twice. The location is picturesque, especially the view of the Wilder Kaiser from the balcony has made the everyday stress disappear. The apartment was also absolutely clean and from our impression almost freshly renovated. We felt very comfortable at home and will prefer this apartment again if we go back to the region and vacation. Many thanks to the host who was always there when there were questions

We stayed with our 1.5-year-old daughter for 10 days in the accommodation. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was super described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why we fortunately did not have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the vacation we urgently needed. We can definitely recommend it.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay together with my girlfriend for winter sports. Quickly responsive host, accommodation offers all facilities, good location near the ski lift (walking distance - 10 minutes) is also a bus stop at 200 meters. If we go to Kirchberg again in the future, we will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place within walking distance to the ski area. The apartment is actually bigger and nicer than the pictures show, great house!

A beautiful place with everything your heart desires. We stayed at the “Auszeit” lodge for the first time and will definitely be back. The place is super close to the ski resorts and is located on a beautiful spacious meadow with a mountain. The view is a dream and the accommodation is fully equipped, including the living room, bathroom and bedrooms, as well as the kitchen. There is a lot of love in the details and the hostess Daniela is always available and very accommodating. Not to forget the sauna, where you can relax wonderfully after an active day, here too the view outside is worthwhile for an incredible view. We had a very nice time and can't wait to come back!

We stayed as a group with 7 people for 5 days in the Alpina apartment in Aurach. We felt very comfortable and there was plenty of space and retreats. The apartment is really very well equipped, the only mini deficit were the missing hanging options for towels in the upper bathroom.

We had a very nice few days with Mirjam and Josef! Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location on the mountain with everything you need. Glad to come back!

We were super satisfied

We had a great stay as a group of four. The toboggan run is right behind the house and the lift station is also not far. The information that there is still some work to be done on the house outside is fair, but we really didn't find it disturbing at all. During our stay, everything was wonderful.

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

It was a great week, the apartment is really very nice, also the location on the sunny slope is excellent. The beds and a TV in each bedroom are great. The large balcony with sun almost all day is also great. The only thing I think would be to complain about are the kitchen utensils, rather cheap Ikea stuff and just so tightly stocked.

We had an incredibly wonderful time in this nice house with our two daughters. It was very spacious, with good beds and quiet decor and especially phenomenal views. It often seemed like a painting that always changed by the time of the day and the weather conditions, but again and again! We also loved the sweet horses. We enjoyed hiking nearby, the waterfalls at the Achensee and the nice trips to the cities, Innsbruck and Munich. We'd love to come back sometime!

Had a lovely stay at Carina's place. Her husband picked us up from the train station and offered to drop us back after checking out. Communication was fantastic and Carina sent recommendations of activities we could do based on the weather. Everything was clean and tidy. Only improvement I would suggest is some additional things such as tea, coffee, sugar etc. Location was great, scenery in the area was fantastic, with a lovely walk along the river into the town. I highly recommend a stay here, in summer anyway!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a mid-mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always available for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located 5 km down in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We recommend it.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

Great place to stay, exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and sauna, pool and hot tub can be used at any time. Communication was also hassle-free and always helpful. We fully recommend the place.
