This was a great place to stay in the outer banks. Easy to walk to the beach with plenty of shade along the way. This is truly the most peaceful part of the beach. The house itself was plenty of space and amenities for two plus a dog. Would recommend staying here.

My family and I were in a pinch and we were able to rent this place day of! It was the week of 4th of July where places were hard to find. I was skeptical but the room was nicer than the pictures make it look! The resort was great, the pool was clean and big and had bathrooms close by! The playground was better than most parks these days. Really easy access to the beach. Restaurants within walking distance were delicious, TenOsix for breakfast and Holy cow creamery for ice cream are must haves. Easy and accessible rooms all with a good view. Beds were comfortable and the rooms have a very relaxing atmosphere. This place saved our family vacation on short notice and we will definitely be staying again. We’ve found our home away from home.

Our stay at Hayley’s place was amazing, I loved being able to use the juicer for fresh juice to start the day, and Hayley thought of everything to make our stay comfy and relaxing!! We’ve stayed at Hayley’s place before and we loved being able to come again knowing our stay would be even better than the last!! Looking forward to returning again soon!!

Was a great small area to stay! Such lovely hosts, very accommodating and was so nice to have our fur babies with us!

Peace of Eden is the perfect retreat for yourself or for 2. Bikes are provided to view the sound & the beach. They have 2 beach chairs as well to enjoy. The location is perfect to everything, local restaurants, shops, Wright Brothers site, the Avalon Peer & so much more. The suite is full of everything you need ~ just bring yourselves! We did not want to leave, it felt like we were already home. Bob & Lainyi are very kind & hospitable. Look no further, to stay in OBX stay at Peace of Eden.

We had our best beach trip ever here! Richard was so kind and attentive and his place was stocked with so much fun stuff for our family to have such a great time. The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were above our expectations - so close to the beach, outdoor kitchen, games, beach accessories, comfortable space to lounge, and our kids loved all the Star Wars toys and books. Thank you for allowing us to stay!!

Great location as homebase for my quick weekend getaway to the beach! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood facing the sound, loved sitting on the patio and enjoying the view. Convenient to many things I visited: lots of restaurants, beach access points, Jockey’s Ridge State Park, dolphin boat tour, Cape Hatteras National Seashore, even visited Alligator River Wildlife Refuge and saw lots of bears. So much to see and do just a short drive away, and really enjoyed the super comfortable bed when I returned to the Airbnb for the night. Can’t wait to return!

Truly enjoyed our stay. Great restaurants nearby, and two beach accesses within 6 mins driving. Shelly and Jason were very easy to reach and respond when we had a question. Hope to be back again!

My wife and I stayed at Max and Debbie’s place for the second time and it was even better than the first time. They had a welcome basket (did the first time too), but this one included a personal card and balloon, as my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. We also were able to meet our hosts this time and they are great people. The weather was fantastic (not sure if they had anything to do with that) and we were always comfortable. We spent a lot of our time exploring the area as we always do, but the place was great to relax at. Whether we were out in/by the pool, or watching tv in the living room, we felt like we were at home. We will be guests as long as Max and Debbie open up their space to us.

We had an amazing stay at Helen and Larry’s place in Kill Devil Hills! The location was absolutely perfect just a short walk to the beach and close to some fantastic local spots. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Helen’s recommendations were spot-on and really helped us make the most of our trip. We had a wonderful time and are already looking forward to coming back!

My husband and I had a perfect get away. I am not sure how I came upon Sharon's place, but am so happy I did. It was perfect. Even though the place was small, by square footage standards, we did not feel cramped. I think it was the way Sharon decorated the space. Every detail was obviously thought out to make sure our stay was comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely visit Sharon and her sweet space again.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and well decorated. It was in a neighborhood away from the tourism. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would definitely return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy beach retreat! Although we checked in late due to our evening plans, the hosts made it easy for us to settle in and relax. The highlight of our visit was enjoying morning coffee in the lovely garden, where we were visited by hummingbirds and surrounded by blooming passion flowers. It was a truly magical experience. Highly recommend this charming spot for anyone looking to unwind!

I try to get down to OBX once a year and this was third year in a row making the trip for my birthday just by myself. Don't worry I have a great family but sometimes you just like some solitude. It really is a great location being kinda in the middle of everything and short walk to the beach. The apartment super clean and comfortable and I slept great. I will say though you can definitely hear the highway traffic, which is made clear in the description, but I'm a heavy sleeper and I also use a noise machine. The hosts responded great, and I even realized when I got home that I left two hoodies behind and they offered to send them to me. I highly recommend them.

My fiancé and I had a great stay! Location was convenient to everything and the space was decorated super cute and clean. The bikes were a great perk! 10/10

We really loved how welcoming and accommodating they were. Tiffany and her husband were both pleasant people to talk to, and really helpful when we had questions or needed something. We would definitely stay here again!!!
