The house is just as listed. Great location and all the amenities that you need. A little cold for the pool but enjoyed the top floor kitchen and living area. Decks made the mornings a great start. A very peaceful location and would book again without any hesitation.

We chose this home because it is dog friendly with a big fenced back yard. It is right across from the ocean. it was our second time staying here and we will probably go back again.

Shawn was a good host and answered all my questions very fast and gave us accommodations. The place was very clean, perfect for our family and our dog! We’ll definitely be coming back soon!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in the Green Room with our two dogs. The location was quiet and very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our time here as did our two dogs. (They truly loved the treat jar made available on check in.)

Stay was good. Place was 1st floor of a 2 unit house. An issue came up, but Jenna worked to solve it.

We enjoyed our 5 night stay. Bevin communicates very clearly and quickly. It was nice to have some snacks and water bottles provided as we arrived very late. The hot tub was nice (we may have to get one!). We did not cook while we were there, but did a load of laundry and it was nice to have a few pods provided. We walked a lot, but you do have to cross a busy road to get to the beach. The showers felt small and could use a curved shower rod to make them feel bigger. There is no manual in the unit with instructions, wifi password, etc and so we had to ask several questions, but always got an answer. Loved our time in the outer banks!!

Jeff and Sue's place was perfect for us, 8 adults and my elderly dog. It had plenty of rooms, bathrooms, TVs and even a piano! One of the bedrooms is actually a mother-in-law apartment with a small functional kitchen. The bed and the sheets were so comfy! It was all nice and clean. It is located in a low key, quiet residential neighborhood. Our stay was pleasant. Our hosts were very responsive. It was as described and in the pictures. Yes, I would stay there again. Amazing location. About a three minute walk to the beach, and a ten minute walk to the Duck boardwalk/shops. The house was clean and well accommodating. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend! 😊

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend stay at Ohana. The house was perfect for the adults and my granddaughters. The kitchen had all that we needed to have Thanksgiving dinner. Brandon was a good host, responsive to questions and flexible with our requests. Enjoyed our stay at Ohana.

It was a beautiful home, we felt right at home, it was just as described. The host was very responsive and she gave great instructions upon arrival and departure. She also gave us several recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We had a great time and would love to come again when we can the whole family.

We had a great Spring Break getaway at this charming beach house. Everything felt brand new. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and well appointed. Easy walk to the beach and there is so much to do in the area! Not to mention ton a fully fenced in back yard for our pup to run around and lounge in the sun! It was a wonderful stay!

Ariana’s home was a perfect getaway! Our dog, Bud E, absolutely loved the back yard and how quiet the neighbourhood was. Enough space to get all his puppy zoomies out after a long car ride. The home offered a lot of activities to do in the house and around it. The jacuzzi was the perfect way to end the night after a short walk from the beach. Definitely would recommend to anyone going to the OBX that is bringing their dog.

Beautiful, comfortable space close to the beach and lots of delicious restaurants. The backyard is so peaceful.

Hot tub was wonderful and clean. The house was very baby friendly, lots of room and little clutter. Loved that a high chair and pack and play were available, it really helped make the vacation spot feel like home.

We have stayed at this air bnb before and we loved it last year for valentines and my wife’s birthday weekend. Whitney remembered us and we booked it immediately. We love this location in kill devil hills due to the location to all our favorites restaurants and shopping and you could not ask for a nicer cleaner, just roomy cozy place. Come back from a day of shopping and restaurants and private back fence yard and wonderful hot tub. Just awesome. Wonderful host!

We stayed here with our dog during the off season St.Patricks day week and loved it!! It was more house than we needed so we were mainly just on the top floor and it was a little too windy and cold to use all the porches so we'll have to come back and utilize all the great space. We appreciated the fenced in yard and the warning about sandspurs. Our dog was fine using it anyway and we just picked them off afterwards. Perfect location and beach access. We used it almost every day to walk the dog. Loved the pier is right there too! Very clean and comfortable house with great hosts who were very flexible and communicative. Great spot!!

I can't say enought about this AirBnb!! The house is in the perfect location, the views are amazing, it is super clean, the house is wonderful!!! If you have fur babies - you can't ask for better. Fully fenced in HUGE yard (ours are escape artists and they didn't even try to get out). They provide 2 dog crates, dog bows, and even toys! The layout is awesome for hanging out in comfort with lots of people and cooking! Dana - is the best host we have ever had. She texted me her cell number prior to arrival and when we had a crises involving our dogs she came to the rescue and helped us! This house is worth every penny and we will defiantly be back! Thank you for making our trip amazing!

Anchors away was Awesome! Loved the neighborhood atmosphere. The Halloween decorations in the neighborhood were cool! Every evening had the most beautiful Sunsets. The house is Awesome! King size bed and large shower get 10 stars from me. I will definitely book again. Caitlin was great and answered all my questions. Thanks for everything.

We had a fantastic stay at Gia’s Airbnb! The place was spotless and exactly as described in the listing. It had all the amenities we needed, making our stay super comfortable. The location was perfect—just a short walk to beach, a charming coffee shop, and a grocery store. Everything was convenient and well thought out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great time at Carrie's place. Her home was clean, spacious and loved the gated backyard! The home is in a great location and we look forward to hopefully being able to book her place again!

Absolutely top notch. The master bed was BLISS...jacuzzi tub in the master...my fiancee took a bath every day...I havent seen him take a bath in 5 years..lol. The kitchen had everything you need, beautiful large fridge with a great ice maker... 5 minute walk to the beach, and the back deck with the grill and seating was wonderful... House is plenty big enough for a very large family, and 2 small ones no problem. Fenced yard for pets...no walking them...just let them out the back! Besy stay ever with memories we wont forget! We really enjoyed our stay and we agreed we'd both stay there again. The value was great for the location and amenities. Being able to walk 5 minutes to the beach was terrific. We also liked that it wasn't on the main road so we didn't really have to listen to traffic, yet we were also right around the corner from all the OBX commercial amenities like the grocery store, restaurants, and attractions. The house has it all. It is very spacious, numerous beds for a large family. We were just a couple with a dog and it was great. 1.5 bathrooms. Front and back porches, large yard, a fire pit, and a full kitchen. We really enjoyed Lainie's attention to all the amenities you'd need like all sorts of hotel-style soaps and shampoos, lots of towel's, and all the beach gear you'd need. They had beach chairs, boogie boards, sand castle-making toys, and even a cart to haul all your gear there. We also really liked taking an evening bike ride on the provided bicycles to get an ice cream down the road

First of all it’s a beautiful house, well kept. Areca is always reachable and prompt with her responses. Baring few minor issues like door locks not working, we had a pleasant experience. Note: being a house next to backwaters you will find few guests (spiders and roaches) at times (especially night), there is no way to control them in my view, they have pest control done but still expect them to be around.
