Monthly Rentals in Kitty Hawk Beach

Really enjoyed our stay at Beachy Keen Studio. It was easy to get to and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. The studio was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The visits from Savage, the cat, really put it over the top. We recommend it and would stay there again if we visit the OBX area again.

Sarah's place is beautiful, and even bigger than the pictures show it to be. Conveniently located in Kill Devil. Sarah was super responsive and had great recommendations. Place had everything you needed and more. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely look Sarah's place up, next time we are coming to the area.

My kids and I enjoyed this adorable beach house for our April break. It’s a beautiful and clean space and had everything we needed to relax. We felt comfortable and loved that it was literally right on the beach! The faucet and shower on the wooden walkway was a bonus. Each morning I enjoyed a cup of coffee on the back deck while watching the sun rise and listening to the birds and waves. Truly a gem!

Straightforward, easy, exactly as described. Not much for extra amenities but the essentials are all there. Beds were nice. Great water pressure in the shower. Overall nice play and great for the price
