We have just purchased the apartment, and we plan to renovate it in the summer of 2026 to bring it up to the standard we want. However, the home is already available for rent before the renovation. This is noted in the price. The apartment is functional and fully usable, but not yet upgraded to the final standard. Note: No Wi-Fi yet.
