The cottages in the Village of Silence were hand-carved 30 years ago. In 2023, the cottages will be completely renovated. The cottage has its own toilet, coffee maker, kettle, microwave and fridge. On the terrace of the cottage there is a wood-fired hot tub. The hot tub can be ordered separately. There is a main building in the area where you will find a restaurant with a full license, serving breakfast and dinner on request. Villa Hertta is located near the center of Rovaniemi, on Juurakkotie. The two-room apartment in the outbuilding of our own home's yard was completed in 2020. Villa Hertta is spacious and bright, with a cozy and modern interior. The bedroom has a small workstation, motorized beds, venetian blinds and blackout textile curtains. The entire apartment has dimmable lighting, which can change the atmosphere in the blink of an eye.

Rukatunturi Moisashenry

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.
