Nice Place , very clean and close to everything

A very comfortable stay in a quiet neighbourhood. Poo and her family were very kind and welcoming. There were many different tea, coffee, and snack options in the room, which was very nice. I would love to stay here again if I need to visit the area.

We were in the area for a family wedding and feel lucky we found this charming place! Everything was very clean and comfortable and the location was super quiet on a tree-lined street. The coffee and tea station was so well stocked and thoughtfully organized which we really appreciated. Thank you for a lovely visit.

Godson was exceptional. He is friendly and relatable. Communication was great, and he was always there to assist. I was treated like a brother and not as a guest. He assisted me with a couple of things that I will never forget. He drove me to places that I needed to visit and assisted in every way necessary. He really went out of his way to help. He truly made my stay memorable, which made me not feel like leaving. I went in as a guest and came out as a brother and a friend. He is a great guy, and I highly recommend his place. Thank you, Godson; you are a great guy.

This was an awesome place to stay when visiting the University. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, Alison and Kerry are friendly and helpful yet very professional and give you your space, and the basement space is clean, well-equipped and extremely comfortable. The breakfast fixings were an awesome touch and delicious. Thank you for everything - I would give this stay multiple 5 stars if I could.

This was our second stay at Ami and Patrick's and we were not disappointed. The place looked as nice and fresh as it had the year before, with lots of home-like touches such as pretty artwork and candles. Once again, we appreciated the fresh eggs and the frozen croissants to bake, and the well-appointed kitchen. We enjoy the quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of downtown Guelph, and we are looking forward to coming back again before too long!

The house is marvellous and such a historic gem! Beautiful gardens and a very comfortable sleep. Jodie's detailed recommendations for what to visit and where to eat were helpful and we enjoyed a really great dinner just down the street. Breakfast was self-catered and very generous. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful home and rooms with a personal touch! Each room has a fridge in it and you are welcome to use the whole home. Jody makes you feel very welcome and has a lovely breakfast in the morning. She's located in a great area which is nice to walk in if you bring your fur baby. She and her family are super welcoming, and her own fur babies are very gentle and friendly. There is a coffee maker in each room as well as a few sodas in the fridge. Nice central location.
