Monthly Rentals in Kit Carson

Really nice place, clear directions, clean, very convenient, lots of towels, wonderful place and would stay there again.

We had great stay at Katie's place. The house had plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. Our dog loved the fenced yard. It's also a great neighborhood to walk the dog (easy access to the lake). We like to cook and we found everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and we enjoyed our evenings in the sofa watching movies by the fireplace. We had a snow storm our last day. As soon as a the storm was over, somebody came to plow the driveway. The 11am checkout was a big plus as compared to many others rentals where we stayed. Overall we had a great stay and would love to comeback. Katie's was super easy to communicate with.

We had a great experience. There was one minor issue that was resolved quickly and the communication was excellent. We would certainly stay here again!

Perfect location and full set amenities for a ski week. Actually there’s no dishwasher but I can work that out.
