Zur Bundesautobahn A81-Gerchsheim sind es lediglich 4 km und zur A3-Kist etwa 8 km. Im Ort sind eine Bäckerei- und Metzgereifiliale, sowie ein Bio-Hofladen (nur an Werktagen geöffnet) und ein Geldautomat. Wenige km entfernt befinden sich in benachbarten Orten weitere Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Tankstellen

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Modern studio apartment with kitchen, bathroom and large balcony in a quiet location. In the living room is a pull-out bed with mattress and a pull-out sofa. 2 people can sleep comfortably on each. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and fully equipped. There is a tram stop about 500 meters from the apartment. From there, it is about a 10-minute drive to the city. Aldi, Lidl, as well as a gas station that is open 24 hours are within approx. 5 minutes' walking distance.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Visit us in our newly renovated vacation home on the over 1000 m² property with directly adjacent stream, covered balcony and large garden area! The 50 square meter wooden house is in a quiet location on the outskirts and was awakened from its Sleeping Beauty slumber with a lot of love for detail. Our small retreat has been completely renovated and newly furnished inside and out. Take a break and recharge your batteries with cozy evenings by the fireplace :-)

Lean back & relax in peace on the sofa, the bathtub or with a glass of Franconian wine on the balcony after a long sightseeing day in the nearby city of Würzburg, 8 km away, from a hike on our ILE panoramic hiking trail or a bike tour on the Main bike path. You can get a refreshment from the TV in the bedroom with a freshly brewed tea or coffee from the machine. Cook for yourself or let the Italian, Indian or Turkish restaurant on site spoil you.

Relax in this peaceful property right on the outskirts of the village, whether on the way to vacation or as a home for a city trip to explore the area of Würzburg - feel free to come by. Business travelers and fitters are also welcome. Eisingen is located to the west of Würzburg just next to the A3 and A81 motorways. (Kist/Helmstadt exits) The good infrastructure offers shopping opportunities and good public transport connections to Würzburg.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Our quiet apartment is located on the outskirts of Kist, just 15 minutes away from downtown Würzburg. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels and all the essential toiletries are included, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The good transport links, proximity to the A3 and A81 as well as shopping facilities in the village make your stay even more comfortable. In addition, a bus stop is only 350 meters away.
