In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Schwalbennest Ravensburg (Swallows Nest Ravensburg)

Our vacation home is located on the uppermost edge of the slope above the Schussental with views over the cityscape of Ravensburg and the vineyard. It is the “swallow's nest” – a small spot on the city map of Ravensburg that tells a special story.   We have preserved the former "laundry house" in which diapers were once washed for the children's home that was located there at the time, and have lovingly restored it to its former glory. The special flair of this cottage has been maintained.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. The fold-out sofa (140 cm x 200 cm) is suitable for one adult or for 2 children/teenagers.

In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

The apartment is quietly located, has its own entrance and is suitable for 2 people, possibly with a child. It is 70 m², has a large bedroom with a 140 × 200 + 90 × 200 bed. The living room with kitchen is equipped with a TV, stereo, fireplace and dining table. The cooking area is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and plenty of cooking utensils. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Beautifully landscaped garden with garden furniture to linger. 1/2 hour to Lake Constance and an hour to Munich. 15 minutes from the new Center Park. You can also buy day tickets there.
