Small but nice single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance in a new development area. Construction work is currently taking place on the neighboring property! The price varies by number of guests. It applies to the indicated number of guests. Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm, each 500 m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800 m) and also the surrounding nature are generally within walking distance. Parking space, WiFi included. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The apartment "Indiano" offers a living/dining area and a large bedroom, which can also accommodate a baby cot. You will stay in the attic of our newly built farmhouse. The whole house is a vacation farm with 3 residential units. The apartment is modernly furnished with individual accents from the past. A small balcony with magnificent views of the Allgäu Alps completes our “favorite place.” There is a sauna in the house. It can be used and invites you to relax on cold autumn and winter days.

In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there.
