Vacation rentals with beach access in Kissamos

Excellent séjour chez Manolis. L’appartement est très propre et nous pouvons tout visiter à pieds. Le toit terrasse est magnifique et la vue imprenable. Nous reviendrons.

אולגה הייתה זמינה עבורינו לכל מהרגע הראשון של ההגעה (ולפני!) מסבירת פנים, ומקצועית. היינו עם הילדים וקיבלנו מענה לכל עניין בצורה הטובה והמותאמת ביותר , בין אם המלצות למה לעשות באזור, עניינים טכניים ומה לא.. הדירה נקייה ומאובזרת, עם צוות מתחזקות מקסימות. המיקום נהדר ושקט (על אף שממוקם בלב העיירה) קרוב לסופר, מסעדות וחוף הים הכל במרחק הליכה של דקות, נעים, נוח ובטוח. אחרי שהמשכנו למקום אחר החלטנו לחזור אליה, כי הכל היה כל כך נעים וקל בתקשורת מולה. חוויה שאפשרה לנו לגמרי להינות מהטיול עם ערך מוסף. אישה מקסימה שניכר ששירות אצלה הוא ברמה הגבוהה ביותר, איכותי ונעים. הכי ממליצים להגיע אליה! חוויה של הנאה ודאית מובטחת! שמחים על ההזדמנות להגיד שוב תודה רבה לאולגה והצוות שלה על הכל, בהחלט לקחת חלק משמעותי בחווית הטיול הנפלאה שלנו🙏🏼💫

We recently stayed at this Airbnb for an autumn vacation and, overall, it was a pleasant experience. The house is clean, well-maintained, and the location is convenient for exploring the area. The amenities provided were more than adequate, and everything functioned as expected. One thing to note is that the hosts live on-site, which isn’t necessarily a problem, but their presence was definitely felt compared to other Airbnbs we stayed in so far. Nevertheless, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a well-kept, dog friendly space with hosts who are nearby to assist.

Just left Chania yesterday 19/09/24 , we stayed one week on Aggeliki’s apartment, We are very lucky to choose this place as it was the best area in Chania , the apartment was very clean with everything you need, close to best sandy beach there , close to old town & harbour, super markets, restaurants ….Very good beds. Everything spotless, Aggeliki the best host , very kind & helpful. We had a great time, nice weather, hope to go there again.

Tylu, ramu, saugu, automobilį statai šalia buto durų. Bute absoliučiai visi reikalingi patogumai. Miegamieji kampariai su puikiomis lovomis, spintomis. Labai švaru. Dar yra skalbyklė,lygintuvas, džiovyklės,balkonas. Yra visi stalo indai mikrobangų krosnelė, virdulys ir kita. Yra wi-fi. Esame labai dėkingi Emmanuel & Yannis už didelį rūpinimasi mumis, duotomis kelionių nuoromisį lankytinas vietas,mūsų pareikiais atostogų Kretoje metu. Ačiū už didelę tolerancija Petras, Rima, Kristina, Valentinas

Absolut empfehlenswert!! Alles war sauber, die Unterkunft war grösser als erwartet. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen mit einem Willkommensraki und Biscuits. Restaurants, Cafés und eine Bäckerei sind in der Nähe, der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass es Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirm und Spielsachen für Kinder gibt, eine Kaffeemaschine mit feinem Kaffe und zwei Balkone. Die aufgehängten Bilder sind ausserordentlich schön und geben der Wohnung einen authentischen Stil. Vielen Dank!!

Perfect location, very easy walk to everything. If you rent a car, there are plenty of parking spots very close to the apartment. Stelios was very nice. Would stay here again!!

Absolutely fabulous penthouse apartment with a magnificent terrace and wonderful views. Super beach literally just across the street and close to a range of local restaurants…… can’t recommend enough!!😀

Sometimes it’s such a cliché to say “the photos did not do it justice “ but this is one of those rare occasions when it really does apply.. The Villa Tile is the perfect place for a couple or small family and has everything within a few metres.. the beach literally is on you back door step, next door is a beach bar with a pool which you are welcome to use. The hosts went above and beyond to make everything perfect for us during our stay, even undertaking some emergency sewing and pillow adjustments when we said that the pillows were a little too firm for our liking… We are already planning to come back in May 2025 and hope to use the Villa Tile again.

What an amazing place! Ioannis has thought about everything you could ever need and it is there!! Every thing was immaculate, beautiful white linen, beach towels, the best kitchen ever. Ioannis very thoughtfully had provided large bottles of water and fresh fruit in the fridge which I thought was wonderful. We had a problem on arrival which was sorted so quickly, thank you Ioannis! We have been to many Airb&bs and this was the best. So near the sea and fantastic restaurants, i miss the wonderful food! Thank you so much for our wonderful stay

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Katerina, qui était là pour nous accueillir. Elle avait même préparé une salade grecque avec des légumes bio, ainsi qu’une bouteille de vin de son mari. Le logement est propre, bien situé pour aller à La Canée, il est spacieux et le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Un grand merci à Katerina et Denis pour leur amabilité, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

It feels like home as soon as we arrived at Grigoris's place. We were welcomed by Christina (Grigoris mom, hope we got the name right). Christina was super friendly and helpful through our stay. She brought to us some home cooked Greek pastries and biscuits next day and we loved them. The house looks and feels better than the photos. Beautiful sea view in a quiet area. We felt so relaxpastIt has everything you need to enjoy your stay there. Great place for a family. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back. Lots of lovely memory. La maison de Manolis est superbe, tout correspond parfaitement aux photos. C’est un endroit paisible et dans lequel on veut rester longtemps. Manolis est également un hôte très réactif et très bien organisé. Je recommande très fortement !!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable dans la maison seastar ! C’est un véritable petit paradis avec son accès privatif à la mer ( on s’endort au bruit des vagues), son coucher de soleil de rêve et son emplacement idéal. L’hôte absolument adorable est venu nous chercher sur la route pour nous guider, nous a bien conseillés pour visiter les lieux et a répondu à toutes nos questions. De délicieux gâteaux faits maison et figues confites succulentes nous attendaient à notre arrivée. La maison est petite mais très bien agencée; la cuisine est bien équipée, des chaussons de plage et des serviettes sont à disposition, il y a plusieurs spots autour de la maison pour manger, se reposer, faire un barbecue ou se prélasser sur un hamac. Un parking est à disposition ce qui est très pratique. On peut se rendre à pieds à une taverne toute proche. Mais une fois sur place on est au paradis entre la mer et les fleurs; on n’a plus du tout envie de partir. Un logement et un hôte exceptionnels

Tämä kohde on todellinen aarre: terassi ja piha, avarat näkymät merelle ja erityisesti Nikoksen kädenjälki rinteen puutarhassa aina rantaan asti. Jos nautit omasta rauhasta ja luonnosta, tämä paikka on sinun. Kaikessa henkii kreeetalainen, paikallinen kulttuuri. Nikos ja hänen tyttärensä Eleni olivat hyvin avuliaita, jos heräsi jokin kysymys tai tarve. Läheistä kalaravintolaa pitää kalastajan perhe, nautimme kovasti hyvästä, tuoreesta kalaruoasta.

Really lovely stay at Evangelia’s place— perfectly located to walk around the Old Town, and lots of parking near by to rent a car and travel to the nearby beaches. The place was immaculately clean, bed comfortable, and our host was very responsive and flexible. Her Recommendations page was super helpful during our stay. Would stay again!

Konstantinos is a very responsive, friendly and diligent host. He provides detailed instructions on everything so that there are no hidden surprises. He is happy to provide local advice and did so for us, which proved invaluable. He and his wife Stelina, who welcomed us and let us into their property, are lovely people. They live below the flat and could not have been more friendly and approachable. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to you.

Sia is heel attent, bereikbaar en vriendelijk. We werden verwend met hapjes, raki en een ontbijtmand. Het uitzicht over de baai is prachtig. Te voet ben je snel aan het strand. Grootwarenhuizen in de buurt. Wel even klimmen voor je er bent, maar doe je met plezier voor het mooie uitzicht.

My boyfriend and I visited during Christmas time(2024). She had filled the apartment with Christmas lights and decorations, which after a long day of traveling, immediately put us in the holiday spirit. She was very easy to communicate with and after learning of my boyfriends love of pizza she provided us with a personalized list of the best pizzas around town. There was also a booklet in the apartment with a rundown of the city(history, restaurants, sightseeing, etc) which is helpful to anyone visiting from another country. Would definitely come back to Chania as well as this apartment! Thank you Katerina!

Chrisi ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin! Sie war jederzeit hilfsbereit und immer gut gelaunt und freundlich . Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Ausflüge , aber auch perfekt zum Strand um die Ecke. Dazu ist alles vorhanden , was man zum Leben braucht und es gibt sogar eine kleine Flasche Raki im Kühlschrank zur Begrüßung. Wir werden wieder mal hierher kommen!! Brigitte und Peter

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren 12-tägigen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Die Lage ist toll - nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt und trotzdem 15 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Einchecken mit schlüsselbox und Beschreibung war super einfach. Der Gastgeber hat immer extrem schnell geantwortet. Und ich meine wirklich schnell- ich habe nie länger als ein paar Minuten auf eine Reaktion gewartet. Er hat mir mit allen Fragen und Anliegen geholfen und mir sogar einem Regenschirm ausgeliehen und eine Yogamatte für meine Zeit besorgt. Wirklich sehr hilfsbereit und immer zur stelle! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich. Das Bett ist sehr bequem (das finde ich immer wichtig!). Das Sofa ist schon etwas durchgesessen - aber es hat mich nicht gestört. Die Küche ist ganz gut ausgestattet. Es gibt einen richtigen Herd, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle (die ich aber nicht benutz habe). Der Balkon ist groß und man hat morgens bis zum frühen Nachmittag sonne. Auf dem 2. Balkon gibts auch noch eine Waschmaschine!

Chrysa's apartment was absolutely perfect! It is spotlessly clean, very large, centrally located and very close to the old town / city centre, while still being quiet and having a car spot (not possibly in the old town itself). Two balconies on either side of the apartment with beautiful views. It has a full kitchen, airconditioning etc and Chrysa kindly set up a baby high chair and baby cot for us - the apartment even had some baby toys for us. Chrysa went absolutely over and beyond - providing us excellent local tips for dining out and activities in Hania, and then even tips for what to do in the rest of Crete afterwards. We loved all the restaurants she recommended. The very best Greek hospitality. I recommend her place highly and would absolutely love to be able to stay here again in future. Thank you so much Chrysa for everything!

This was a great spot for me and my travel companion for nearly a week. The roof top patio was a delightful was to start and end our days. I especially loved the location just 2 minute walk to the beach and loads of great restaurants. This apartment is far enough off the main road to be quiet but still close to the action. The bathroom is on the small size as typical but the bedrooms were generous with nice storage to put out things away and feel at home during our stay. The beds were a bit hard for my preferences, but linens and pillows helped. Be sure and check out the Blue Pearl restaurant at the end of the street on the beach side. Sweet staff open for breakfast and lunch during season. This side of the harbor is known as the quiet side but was an easy walk to Old Town, which we did every day. We appreciated the elevator and amenities with this stay. FYI, the washing machine is on the exterior patio. Took us a minute to locate. Host was very responsive when we needed anything.
