Condo vacation rentals in Kissamos

Sotirios and Litza should be congratulated in giving so much thought to needs of their guests. Nothing was too much trouble. They left food for breakfast, oranges for squeezing plus wine and raki. It is one of the best equipped air bnb that i have stayed in. Down to the small details, mozzie repellant and even a sewing kit. The place was cool, spotless and yet homely. Minutes from the beach the outdoor shower and little garden was a real bonus. I would love to come back again.

The views from this place are beyond breathtaking, especially at sunset! This is an area that is just walking distance from the touristy spot and is very peaceful. My bf was worried about smell and sound being above a restaurant, but there were zero issues. It’s practically sound proof. We sat on the balcony multiple times a day to people watch and listen to the beautiful street performers. We must have missed it in the listing, but please note that this is a home someone lives in. So you don’t have as much storage as you would in an Airbnb dedicated to guests only. We had one closet, two drawers, and could store suitcases under the bed. Not much storage or counter space for our things, but the host did say we could use anything in the house which was nice for cooking our own meals. Highly recommend the brunch and coffee at the Sandbar! Would definitely recommend this spot, especially for couples. The bed is a thick memory foam mattress and was very cozy & comfortable. We slept great!

Great location including easy access to the beach and to many great restaurants and coffee shops. Comfortable and quiet sleeps with shutters and new air conditioning in each room.

We had a great few days here. Well appointed apartment and with everything we needed. Very grateful for the sun umbrellas as well! Lito was a great host and we really appreciated how easy it was to get to the apartment and get inside. Lito's recommendations were also really good! Would definitely stay again.

This was a fantastic stay! Location is perfect - easily walkable but also very quiet. Amenities are top notch - you feel like you're in a very modern home. The recommendations provided were local and we loved every single one of them. The owners are very caring and responsive. They responded to any questions or issues we had very fast, checked in with us, and you can tell how much they care about their guests. I highly recommend this place! It is probably one of the best serviced Airbnbs I've ever been in!

I really recommend this place. Clean, is in a strategic position in kissamos, where you can reach all the principal locations as balos elafonissi and falasarna. The house Is very nice, It has everything, with two bedrooms, washing machine and Is very clean. Eleni has been very nice to us, informing how It works with the house and providing informations about the places to visit and where to eat. Thank you for opening your house to us!

We had a lovely week at Irene's apartment. This one is perfect for a couple, close to good restaurants and services, not to mention the beach is literally a few steps away. Thank you Irene for the sun loungers and parasol provided. The bed is also very comfortable and the bathroom well-equipped. And what about the small touches on arrival allowing you to have breakfast (jam, juice, fruit, yogurt, etc.) and also to have a glass of wine. We recommend it!

Nice apartment, about 30 m to the (rocky) "private" beach with sun loungers. Sandy beach to the left of the apartment, about 50 m away. Quiet surroundings, good taverns nearby, also shopping. Vasili always responded quickly to questions, warm welcome and farewell by the mother-in-law - a fruit basket (own oranges), pastries and own honey was available at reception, water (and 2 beers!) were in the fridge. If you like to vacation in a quiet environment and do not need entertainment, this is the place to be.

We had a lovely but short stay at Valia’s very spacious apartment for our family of 5. The wrap around balcony was a treat and the rooms stayed cold and dark to allow us to sleep off our jet lag. Nice and close to old town Chania and lots of spots nearby for coffee/wine and pastry!

We had amazing few days staying here. The apartment is beautiful and clean, in a great location, out of the way enough from the busy centre but just a short few minute walk to Chania town centre and the beach. Would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Fantastic place. Great views from the sun terrace overlooking the bay, so could sit and watch boats and cruise ships on their way to Chania. Only 5 mins walk down a gentle hill to the beach, shops & restaurants. Felt very private, although there were other apartments there, it is laid out so you are not overlooked. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and apartment staff were there every day keeping the pool and surrounding areas clean & tidy. Gas BBQ on the terrace was great. Good choice of restaurants along the beach, as well as a few small supermarkets in the centre. 40 mins drive from the airport and well positioned for visiting Chania (which was beautiful) and exploring the area. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay and have already recommended it to friends, and would definitely stay again. Kreta Eiendom's team were very responsive, when we had a small issue during our stay.

It was super nice here. We were warmly welcomed and communication went smoothly. The place is as pictured. You're a bit up the mountain, which is super nice because it's much quieter there. The city and the beach are within walking distance. We were very satisfied.

The accommodation and generally the complex around it was very well maintained and we felt very comfortable there. The pool and the view from here was really great. The complex is located in the mountains with a view of the sea - really beautiful 😍 Claudia and Marco were very friendly and always available if we needed recommendations for the area 🙂 Overall, we had a very relaxing time 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Alexandros’s place! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The villa itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable, but the real highlight was the stunning outdoor space and private pool – we truly didn’t want to leave. Alexandros was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even leaving us a selection of delicious local treats. We had everything we needed and more. The location is peaceful and offers a beautiful sea view thanks to its position on a hill – it feels like a little slice of paradise. It’s just a short drive to the charming town of Rethymno, which has plenty of great places to eat, shop, and explore. There are also supermarkets nearby if you’d rather cook and enjoy meals at the lovely villa. Do note that you’ll definitely need a car, as the villa is a bit uphill and not walkable from town – but the view and tranquility are well worth it. We would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was a special vacation. Pavlos is a great person very helpful in many ways. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Immaculate cleanliness of the house , pool and garden. The area of the apartment is impressive and the furnishings of the apartment. You can say a lot in superlatives. Our daughters were delighted and so were we. We'll definitely be back. The perfect place to explore the western part of the island. Peace and quiet. Private parking is a big advantage. We're so happy. We love this place. We spent almost 2 months at the Menelaos and everything was good. The apartment is in a peaceful neighborhood, not far from the center ( ~ 15 minute walking). The place is simple, but it has everything you might need for a longer stay. The outdoor space is very nice, we enjoyed mostly the barbeque as we stayed during the winter, but the pool is definitely worth it during summer time. We both work remotely and never had issues with the internet. For us the place was perfect as you have everything you need at walking distance (gym, weekly farmers market, coffee shops and restaurants, veterinarian etc). Menelaos was available all the time for any question/issue that we had. Definitely recommend the place for longer or shorter stays.
