Lakefront cabin, only 40 minutes from Oslo

Hytte beliggende i idylliske Lyseren strandpark, kjent fra Sommerhytta på TV2. Hytta var ny i 2018 og har høy og moderne standard. Flott og skjermet beliggenhet, med fantastisk utsikt mot Lyseren. Det er fine turmuligheter rundt hytta. På sommeren innbyr Lyseren til svømming og vannaktiviteter, mens på vinteren er det skiløyper og skøyteis. Vi har tilgjengelig for våre gjester trampoline, 2 kajakker, liten robåt og SUP. Et perfekt sted for barnefamilier.

The cabin is very cozy and it is exactly what you see in the pictures. In addition, there were some outdoor chairs and a nice outdoor toilet. We slept very well there and heard owls in the evening. We could park nearby and just had to walk up a hill. The cabin is in a peaceful location, even if it is close to other buildings. Short drive to nice hiking trails in Østmarka. We heard owls at night! The host was very nice and everything was easy with instructions, check-in and check-out. Thank you!

linda is an incredibly kind host. she has been very responsive and her kindness shows and radiates in how well she takes care of her cabin. the cabin was absolutely wonderful. from the beautiful surroundings to how well it is furnished and designed. the area is very quiet but still accessible from oslo. if you want an escape in peace and in nature, i 100% recommend it! on our side, we will for sure be coming back.

A wonderful cabin experience in the pre-Christmas time. Beautiful nature in the immediate vicinity, good facilities in the cabin (hot water, wood-burning stove, fireplace and Cinderella dass). Both kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with everything you need. Surprisingly good beds and duvets! We had an incredible time!

Very cozy cottage, beautiful location. We used the canoe and all the children's books at the cabin, and we quickly received answers from the hosts when we had questions.

A roadside sign indicates directions to 'Oslo Zion Chin Church.' The background features a cloudy sky and tree line, with a mixture of bare branches and some greenery along the roadside. The ground is covered with brown grass and small patches of snow.

It couldn't be better! The accommodation was bigger than we expected, which was a plus. The accommodation was peaceful and beautiful. Gerd was super friendly and was always helpful when needed. When you get to your accommodation, you may be greeted by a dog, which can be frightening, but don't worry. The dog is super friendly.

really a unique and memorable experience. The place was beautiful – surrounded by nature, with large windows that let in a lot of natural light. The hot tub and sauna were great highlights for us, especially in the evening when we could relax completely and enjoy the silence. Everything was clean and well organized when we arrived, and the host was nice and easy to communicate with. We were made to feel very welcome. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable and slightly different getaway. We were very happy and would love to come back! 😊

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed and felt right at home. This beautiful apartment, located on a serene lake, is a true oasis of peace and natural beauty. Every morning we were awakened by the singing of birds, while horses and chickens walked peacefully around the area – a fairytale setting that lets you completely escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. And then that sunset… With a refreshing beer in hand, we enjoyed the last rays of sunshine on the lovely terrace, while the sky filled with warm, golden hues. A breathtaking end to the day. This accommodation is an absolute must for anyone looking for nature, hospitality and pure relaxation. We can't wait to return!
