Fabulous apartment just as described. Clean, comfortable with an excellent position for all amenities. Parking space is a bonus. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to repeat.

Natasha was helpful and responsive- replied within a couple of minutes of my messages. We arrived after midnight and the man at the front desk was so kind and helpful, he even went down to the garage to make sure we got in safely and carried our bags up to the flat for us. My mum was feeling he cold a little (change in season and tired) and Natasha arranged a thick duvet for her, it arrived within an hour of me asking. The flat is spotlessly clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. I think the only thing missing was a bedside lamp so I could sit up and read in bed but that's no biggie. The flat is right in the middle of Bradford so very easy to get around- we ate at the Karachi (a place my mum used to go to in the 70s!) which was very good and only a short walk away. I was warned about walking alone in Bradford at night but I felt very safe. People were friendly, there was a community police presence on Friday and Saturday night.

We stayed with 5 people at Zoe's (3 adults and 2 kids) and had a lovely time. The location is great to explore the Lake District, walking distance to hikes, the lake, supermarket, pubs etc, and also to bus stops so you can explore places further away.

Excellent stay! The apartment was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The location was great and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.

My son and I stayed here for 24 hours in Manchester and John‘s apartment was perfectly positioned for all shopping and restaurants. John‘s communication at all times was excellent. And the apartment was just absolutely amazing. Very spacious and had everything we needed. It was an easy place to stay in and all the instructions to Access Were easy. Also the outside of the building and the interior lead up to John‘s apartment was just stunning. I’d love the fact that we are in the city centre yet the apartment was so quiet. Thanks, John,

Fabulous hosts and apartment, great space, everything that we needed, very responsive late at night in an emergency situation when we needed to book temporary accommodation for our son and nephews due to their own apartment having no water or electricity. I highly recommended. 😁

We have had a great couple of days in Manchester. Victor’s place is very convenient for exploring the city. It’s clean and quiet (despite being next to a dual carriageway) and the beds are extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. The house exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do it justice. We stayed over the Christmas period and the house was festively decorated. Spotlessly clean with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Everything you could need was provided for our stay. It is around 15-20 minute walk into town and the canal path there provided a lovely walk. We really enjoyed clocking up our steps ending with a visit to the many lovely pubs that Skipton has to offer. Highly recommend

We had a fantastic weekend staying in this property. We were attending a football match at the Etihad and it was a short 10 minute walk from the house. Absolutely perfect for what we wanted, would 100% book in here again if we ever return to watch Man City in the future.

Stayed for my mums 50th birthday, the views are amazing & the house is stunning! Beds are really comfy the place had everything we needed for our short trip away, would love to stay again!

Gary was great at communicating. There was a Christmas tree and a welcome basket full of treats a lovely touch! Great thought put into dog friendly home plenty of space and enclosed. Beautifully furnished and very clean. Would 100% recommend and would stay again.

We had a fantastic one night stay here. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Loved the large living room space and high ceilings in each room. Also the thoughtful special touches including welcome message and snacks. Comfy beds, shower was great and we also enjoyed having a smart TV in each of the rooms. Perfect central location, would highly recommend staying here if visiting Clitheroe!

Lovely luxury modern facilities and everything we needed for cooking treats away from home. A really comfy stay for all of us including our two doggies. Great for them to able to go for a walk right from the doorstep. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely views from a cosy apartment. Thank you so much for facilitating the perfect family weekend away to celebrate a birthday and some quality time together. Great to be both within a stones throw of Kendal for some lovely doggie friendly cafes and one of the best butcher shops around as well as being in the quietness of the countryside.

Had a wonderful weekend in this spotlessly clean and fantastically situated property. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Took advantage of the recommended restaurants and had one of the best meals for a long time at the San Pietro Windermere Restaurant, thank you Glyn for the heads up. Would certainly not hesitate to book the property again if we ever return to the area.

This was our second time to stay at Graeme’s place. We love it here! It was squeaky clean on arrival (as it was last time), very modern, and clean beautiful bed linen and towels. A new bathroom had been installed since our last stay. The shower was amazing! The extra low down shower head made it so easy to shower the kids! Kitchen well stocked with high quality plates/utensils/cooking equipment. If you’re coming with young children best bring own children’s plastic plates etc. Washer-dryer was very handy! No dishwasher but didn’t bother us at all. Large store cupboard in hallway, well equipped with coat hooks/ironing board etc and a great place to dump your walking boots and bags out the way! This is such a modern, luxurious place to stay and in SUCH a good location. LOVED being right on the high street, and walkable to the lake. Graeme was very communicative and let us know that we could go in when it was ready much earlier than stated arrival time. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This was the prettiest and most modern air bnb I have ever stayed in. I think this flat was great value for money. It had great personal touch such as lovely glasses for the bedside, teapot, hot chocolate machine, coffee machine, shampoo/conditioners/body washes. The coat itself was beautifully designed and we felt like we were home. It was so aesthetically pleasing. We had 2 great night sleeps and a comfortable stay. We cooked in the kitchen and all utensils and condiments were provided. Location was great- very easy to find. Also, we ate at Blocks which did fantastic steaks. We also drove 30 minutes away and went on a walk to scale force waterfall which was breathtaking. There are so many bars and pubs to explore. We will definitely be staying again.

Truly wonderful and stylish flat in fabulous location for all that Ilkley has to offer. The flat was comfortable, warm, had everything we needed and felt secure and private. The bonus of a parking space at the back of the property (having unloaded at the front) was brilliant. The owners had left plenty of UHT milks, teabags, coffee, herbs and spices, oil, washing powder, dishwasher tablets and so on which meant we really were off to a good start in the kitchen - best of all were the amazing bright yellow yolked fresh eggs from their own hens which was a really lovely touch (when available) There are several mini flights of stairs to get up which was fine for us.

One night stop off for a karting event at a nearby track. Just what was needed, clean, homely and in a quiet area for a good nights sleep.
