we had a wonderful time! what a nice cottage! it is very nicely decorated, with a lot of attention to creative details. we were also very happy with the screens for the windows, we could open all the windows and let the sea breeze in. the place is wonderfully quiet with the sound of the rippling sea. On the beach there was a lot of waste from the sea, which was a pity but the owner can do nothing about it. Swimming was no less pleasant and we saw dolphins from the terrace! In short, definitely recommended.
Large sliding glass doors provide a view of the surrounding greenery and the sea beyond. A light-colored table and two lounge chairs are available on the balcony, while floor cushions are placed indoors for relaxation. Natural light brightens the inviting living space.

Very friendly welcome and loving care during the stay by Dina. The house is beautiful, modernly equipped but very homely and cozy. Spacious living room with amazing views. Very large bedroom also with stunning views. One bathroom is right in the bedroom. Unusual but kind of cool and avant-garde. As a result, you always have to ventilate well because of the humidity. Beds very comfortable. The surroundings are beautiful and unspoiled without mass tourism. Nature is original and magical. Beautiful, hidden beaches beckon as well as hikes up to the mountains through dense forests. I recommend this villa by Stefania without reservation.

Superb! An amazing little hideaway by the sea. Nea Artaki is a gem as is Spyros’ apartment. He was an excellent host and we look forward to coming back to spend more time exploring Evia soon!

Our experience and stay was very positive. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and comfortable in the space. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood by the sea. The apartment itself is well maintained and fully equipped. The rooms were comfortable, the bathroom was clean. The only observation may be that the mattresses were a little hard! The host was extremely friendly and helpful. He provided clear instructions on how to access the home and was available to answer any questions I had during our stay. I highly recommend it! Thank you so much for everything!
