Komplett sanierter Resthof, in wunderschöner Natur. Das Grundstück grenzt direkt an einen Wald und bietet Gelegenheit zu Spaziergängen oder Radtouren, Kraniche und Dammwildrudel sind oft zu sehen. Wer Party und Trubel sucht, ist bei uns nicht richtig. Die schönsten Ostseestrände der Gegend (Sehlendorf und Hohwacht), sind mit dem Auto in 15 min zu erreichen. Unser schönes kleines „Dorf“ besteht aus drei Häusern, der Gesamteindruck ist sehr stimmig, das Zusammenleben mit den Nachbarn harmonisch.

In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Bei Regen oder an dunklen Abenden lädt der warme Kamin zum Ausruhen und Relaxen ein. Die Ostsee ist nur 7 km entfernt – ideal für Ausflüge an den Strand. Wer es ruhiger mag, genießt die Stille und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten im Haus oder Garten. Perfekt für eine entspannte Auszeit mit Groß und Klein!

On the first floor is a spacious dining room, the kitchen with separate pantry, a study, a large living room with fireplace, two double bedrooms, each with a shower room en-suite, a guest toilet and the utility room. Upstairs are 7 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom, as well as 4 bathrooms.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.
