Charming apartment at the entrance of the Emmental

Rural and yet not far from any civilization lies our small living and garden dream. The old stone house is located in Ersigen near Burgdorf BE, a twenty-minute drive from Bern. In the village there is a café, three restaurants and a farm store. The bus to the nearest major shopping facility leaves every 30 minutes during the day. We occupy the second floor of the house and rent two rooms with kitchen and bathroom on the first floor. We are happy to answer any questions you may have!

In the heart of the Emmental, the tiny house/barrel house is in a quiet location right next to an old Emmental farm with wonderful views of the entire Bernese Alps. The barrel cabin offers individuals as well as 2 to 4 people a great place to stay. In the farmhouse there is a furnished kitchen, toilet and shower available (approx. 65 meters away). Right next to the accommodation is a hot tub with massage jets and LED lighting for free use.

The apartment's decor is based on the 70s with various retro items. Equipped kitchen, including coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster and electric kettle. In addition to the double bed in the bedroom, it has a stool that can be converted into a single bed. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed.
