Apartment vacation rentals in Kintyre

Had a nice stay after a last minute booking as I had to be there last minute. Booked a larger place as was unsure how many family members would be attending. Booked originally for 4 people but the number increased to 7. Michelle managed this and amended my booking for me. Only slight downside would be that the addition of 3 people made the booking approx £50 more expensive which turned turned this from being a fantastic deal to a very reasonable one

Lea’s place is great. I am an Airb&b user and her place was one of the best. Very clean and organised. Large apartment near the city centre. All the instructions you need easy to understand and free on street parking. I would give her 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ if they would be available. If you want to book the place, just do it! You won’t be disappointed. Thanks Lea!

I absolutely loved my day at Simon's place. The location is stunning, especially with the bay windows looking out to the sea. The little café down the road was wonderful and it was so nice arriving to some local coffee and a packet of shortbread! Simon was very helpful and accommodating, especially when my husband and child decided to join me for the end of my trip. He happily provided more linens, and even let me charge my electric car using his port. He also offered use of his BBQ and left us coals to use while he was away. You couldn't ask for more! The location was perfect for a relaxing day, and lots of beautiful walks. I also managed to get a bit of work done too! I will certainly be booking again, Both for myself and for some family.

Julie’s flat was wonderful, way ahead of expectations. A short walk from the town centre, the flat was beautifully decorated and well maintained. Julie had left us some provisions which was very kind. We were three single golfers and the value was great, but this flat is large enough for four couples, which would offer outstanding value!

Mandy is a great host always very quick to respond. We had a very comfortable stay in her spacious apartment. Everything you could want for a home from home. Position is ideal with Inverkip village a short walk away, with there local village hotel for something to eat and a few drinks. You can get the local bus from the village. There is also the Chartroom only a short stroll from apartment if you want somewhere closer to eat and drink. Inverkip train station is close to catch a train to Glasgow.

This apartment is gorgeous. Everything about it.... obviously it's location looking straight out onto the sea. near to the ferry over to Cumbrae. Very quiet street outside.... in fact, although the town was busy in the sunshine, it also retained its quiet family atmosphere. In the apartment everything was as described - a helpful welcome pack of bread, milk, eggs and chocolate biscuits! Spotlessly clean, everything worked, good WiFi, and a responsive host to find out one or two little questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment and would hope to come back.

Fantastic location along the Crinan canal within walking distance to local shops and cafes, very peaceful as well. Johnny was responsive and very helpful. He was very accommodating and allowed us a late checkout as we were travelling with a 6 month old. Would definitely stay again!

The flat is amazing, with 2 bedrooms (which we didn’t need), clean and with detailed instructions laid out to guests, concise and to the point. Lovely rooms, well decorated. The views are to die for, as the flat was facing the loch. Cathy has been great and communicated with me all throughout our stay which was lovely as she wants to know if I needed anything. She’s a super host with equally super house. Thank you for accommodating us.

We had an amazing long weekend in Kildonan. The apartment is even better than the photo's, was very clean and had everything you needed. The shower was especially good, wonderful pressure and lots of hot water. We had dinner in the bistro below the apartment and the food was delicious. There are also lovely restaurants in Whiting Bay and Brodrick. It was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend staying here.

Really beautiful location and lots of helpful hints. Everything you need is here, really useful to have private parking. It was a busy weekend while we were there and we really didn’t notice any road noise that others have commented on. And plenty of towels which sometimes I feel are rationed!

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Despite being next to a pub it was a quiet location and the living room and main bedroom particularly spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathrooms were fine and we had plenty of hot water for two of us. Ideally you would need a car here although we saw several service buses which stopped outside the pub. It was a short walk to the beach from the house but you can’t see the beach from the house. There was a padded bench outside the front of the accommodation which was in the sun for most of the day. We were there when the weather was glorious and despite the blinds, the bedroom was bright as day by just after 5am. If like us you are used to a dark bedroom take the one at the back of the house to avoid an early wake up (or bring an eye mask!!!) We would return. Also plan for shopping and petrol as you need to travel for both… it’s a long time since a wee guy appeared to dispense petrol! Worth stocking up before ferry!

I had a wonderful and productive peaceful stay at Linda’s Airbnb! The flat is centred is the heart of westkilbride town nearby lovely pubs, cafes and restaurants and. 15 minute walk to the beach. The flat itself is beautiful and incredibly clean and cosy. It also has a fantastic massive bath that is incredible!! Linda is also a brilliant host, very responsive, accommodating and kind! Thanks again Linda!

Lyn was really lovely! She gave us a run down of the place and even provided some baking paper when we requested for some. It has good amenities in the kitchen like an oven and the bathroom and bed were good too. There is a lovely beach just outside as well.

Eddi's accommodation is fantastically embedded in the landscape, absolutely quiet and with a very large outdoor aquarium, which helps the visitor to relax. It is very pleasantly warm in the accommodation and everything works perfectly. It is very pleasant that it is really a king-size bed and not the usual small Scottish king-size!!! Sauna and hot tub are of course fantastic. Communication with Eddi is very pleasant and nice when you also have personal contact. All in all: highly recommended!

We came to Arran for a golf trip. Four aspiring golfers in our fifties. Claire’s place had ample space for us all, was well provisioned with books and games and the kitchen had everything we needed, It’s nicely appointed and makes you feel like you are on holiday by the sea. The shop and coffee shop next door was brilliant and stocked with great local and high end products. Overall great place to stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend!

Sue was very proactive and provided exact instructions for getting to the property. The apartment was in a lovely location by the water and near brilliant history like Kilmartin Glen.

We had a fantastic stay! It was even prettier than the pictures, the view was amazing, and it was super clean and easy to use. That hot tub was a great bonus. We loved it and can't wait to come back. Such a peaceful place to stay at!

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend a stay here, perfect location and great space to be in.

Eddie's place is an absolute MUST for anyone looking to relax close to Loch Lomond. my partner and I picked the Dumpling apartment for it's location and amenities. we have stayed in many hotels but none can match a Hot tub, Free standing deep bath AND private sauna with robes and oils.... or the privacy of a farm/hill location (or even an 8 foot fishtank)! Eddie was a fantastic host, he was polite and made us feel at ease without being over baring. A genuinely nice guy!! our apartment had everything from a dish washer to wood burner with lots of nice little touches. The TV even spins around to the 4 post bed... absolute luxury!! The apartment was very clean and had a countryside cottage feel to it. I honestly can't fault it at all. Thanks Eddie 😊
