Midge was super communicative and checked in just enough leading up to our arrival and was readily available once we got there. Beautiful neighborhood, very private, clean and just as described. Only a 10 minute drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

Lil Dock was great! The view & being on the river was wonderful. It was very peaceful & quiet. The sunsets were so pretty! 🎆 We enjoyed spending time on the dock in the morning & the porch was great with the Trex decking. We enjoyed the location as there was minimal traffic & it was private. We love going to New Bern. It is a quaint town with lots of good restaurants, shopping & friendly people. Lil Dock is a gem & we would definitely stay again! ❤️ Thank you Nelson & Elizabeth! 😁

We had an amazing stay. It was located in the heart of everything to do! You could walk out and walk right across to the river walk or turn left and be right in the middle of all the restraunts! Plenty of shopping and EVERYWHERE was pet friendly so our 4 legged best friend got to come with us everywhere! I would highly recommend Ellen and her properties to anyone!

William was super accommodating to our flexed schedule! Tarboro is a gem for local attractions and establishment! All downtown events were within walking distance!

This was our 2nd stay at Jamie's place. It's everything you could ever ask for in a home away from home. We'll definitely be back!

This is the spot we stay on our trips to the Greenville area. Everything is great. Clean, amenities, great fenced back yard for our pups. It also provides privacy. The area is peaceful yet close to great restaurants. Ayden Golf Club is only a couple miles away. The best feature is the host. Great folks and very responsive. This will always be our stay.

Very private location, yet very close to everything! Mary was very flexible with checking in and checking out.

Although we did not take full advantage of the amenities (we did not cook, rather it was a place to sleep) the house was perfect. The kitchen would be perfect for guests opting to cook. The living room was comfortable for gathering and bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. The location is quiet and feels safe.

Des is the ultimate host. The house is well stocked with plenty of room to relax. TVs in all the bedrooms as well as mini fridges. Very comfortable and Des is a great communicator. Thank you again for a great time. Our golfers love it.

Rhonda was awesome to do business with. She made you like you were part of the family, always friendly, had a kind word to say. She went above and beyond. I would stay again without question and would recommend everyone to stay there if they are looking for a charming, quiet, clean, cozy place to stay.

I absolutely loved Daniel’s home! It was one of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed in. It was spotless, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which is always important for us. I would absolutely book this home again!

We loved staying here! Great location near the beach and in a private area. Everyone we saw was extremely friendly. The indoor/outdoor pools were another perk. Overall, we had a great time and would love to come back in the future! The condo was right at the beginning of Emerald Isle before going further to the area where there are more tourists-Which we thought was another plus. Thank you!!!

Great and easy place to stay. Beautiful community

It was exactly what we expected. Plenty of room for my wife and I. A peaceful and quiet part of the island. The view is incredible. Coffee joy was a great place to get our morning coffee(a couple minutes down the road. Went to splash by sea, sears landing and river view cafe to eat. All were very good.

We just returned from an amazing vacation for our 18th Anniversary. It was our first time to Topsail, so we didn't know about no beach access at high tide, so that was our fault. We walked down quite a bit to be able get more beach time. It was nice at high tide to sit on the balcony though. So peaceful and the break we needed. Condo was nice and just as pictured. The location was amazing…walkable to attractions, restaurants, shopping, churches, and waterfront. Clean and quiet…couldn’t even hear the clock tower chime from the front bedroom. Parking right in front was a bonus too, even though we didn’t use our car the whole weekend! Would definitely come back!

It was a really nice place honestly it looked better in person than it did in the photos. The whole place was very clean you can tell their cleaning service is very thorough. They had everything you need down to detergent to wash clothes. Which came in handy when washing our clothes from the beach. Only thing missing was propane in the grill and with how helpful they were I’m sure they would have filled if we had reached out. I definitely feel it was worth the price and will book them again for any future stays in the area.

We loved staying here! We felt right at home, and Laura was so helpful during our stay! The condo was clean and just like the pictures. Sitting on the porch watching the golf course was so nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Had an excellent stay in an awesome place! Julie has all instructions and suggested activities organized in handy folders that go above and beyond! Super clean and quiet! I will definitely stay here again, the location is perfect… close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful!
