There are 13 pecan trees on property, Grapevines and a fig tree , also blueberry bushes. Quiet setting at the end of a dead end gravel road on private property.This property is overlooking a farmers field and surrounded by trees and nature. There is a pond on the property . 10 min from town. We are close to hwy 11 and hwy 55. .and hwy 258. No animals of any kind

It offers a peaceful and private setting with amenities including two zip lines, two rope swings, a boat ramp, and two docks. Guests can enjoy hunting, fishing, boating, jet skiing, or simply relaxing with serene river views. This is a private residence; please treat it with care. Use of the porches, swings, and zip lines is at your own risk. The back deck has no railing to preserve the view. Wi-Fi is excellent

LaTonia was an Amazing Host. Truly a Blessing to our Family in our time of need. Absolutely LOVED the home. It was warm & welcoming and had everything we needed. Plenty of space, that allowed all of us to be under the same roof. The decor made us all feel like we were back in the day, at grandma’s house and that was comforting. Such a Peaceful setting, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We give our stay 5 Stars and look forward to booking this charming home again, anytime I visit Kinston in the future.

This place was fantastic and would definitely stay again if in the area! Notes: there is a french press and coffee grinder there, for those who love coffee like me. The fire pit was so nice to have and made for relaxing evenings with the family. The grounds are gorgeous and it was so peaceful and tranquil and watching the geese and their babies was a highlight...along with pond and creek. Loved all that outside decks and sitting on the front porch. LOVED this place.

Des is the ultimate host. The house is well stocked with plenty of room to relax. TVs in all the bedrooms as well as mini fridges. Very comfortable and Des is a great communicator. Thank you again for a great time. Our golfers love it.

This is a nice place to stay. Close to work and downtown to the brewery and local spots. Bianca has always been helpful. I have renewed once now and hopefully will be able to renew until the end of my contract. With that being said I have had a few minor issues..Carpet definitely needs to be replaced and the couch is horribly stained. I had to buy a blanket to put over it as there were no extra blankets. As a long time guest I like to vacuum if there is carpet. No vacuum cleaner so I had to ask Bianca to send someone over. And she did! Excellent. There were no dish “rags” to wash dishes and she sent them over. So great response. Carpet should just be pulled up. I bet there are beautiful floors underneath the horribly stained carpet. Extra sheets would be nice too. No dressers for clothes…bummer. Only hanging rack and bedside tables Overall a great place to stay. All the cooking amenities needed.
