1 bed Barn Cottage - Stunning Views

AlexandraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
As well as Woodpecker Barn being supremely comfortable, clean, and quiet with stunning views, Martin and Alison went out of their way to be helpful. Sadly we had to attend a funeral during our stay but they looked after our old collie dog for us while we did so, giving us complete peace of mind about our pooch and enabling us to focus on the event. Martin even offered us a lift into town to avoid parking issues and to get some goat's milk as I can't have cow's. They both really went above and beyond and I can't thank them enough. Woodpecker Barn was fabulous: clean, very comfortable with everything thought out so you didn't have to. The views are spectacular, the bed just right and everything you need was provided. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would! Highly recommended and would love to stay again. The town of Llangollen was great too. Stunning riverside walk with lots of yummy eateries and things to do in the area. Superb.

Cycle to Zipworld and beyond

Jane BethRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed at Lynne's for two nights for the Zipworld experience. Perfectly situated for that. The cottage is quaint, quirky and very homely. Watch the door frames if you're over 5'6"!! It's beautifully quiet but not too far from anything. Lynne was very informative and readily available for any questions. If you like rural, you will love this gorgeous place!!

Elegant Ground Floor Apartment

ArneRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
New Brighton and 12 Dudley road.... English Victorian house. Spacious and welcoming rooms. High ceilings. Large windows letting in floods of light. Relaxing and cozy furniture and interior. Well-equipped kitchen. English back garden with a shed. Quiet and safe neighborhood (no happy and cheerful neighbors who are more than happy to accompany your night's sleep with catchy music and lively rhythms). Soft calls from wood pigeon and collared dove. New Brighton railway station, shopping center, New Brighton's beautiful promenade and sandy beach, New Brighton's steets, houses and interesting architecture and New Brighton's local pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance. A 25 minutt train ride between New Brighton and Liverpool. If you want a pleasant stay in an English home in an English village while on holiday in England, then most likely New Brighton and 12 Dudley road may very well be what you are looking for. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay at Rhyd Ddu. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The bath was perfect after a long day of hiking. The pub in the village provided excellent food and drink. Not far to Beddgelert for some other restaurants and about a 30 minute drive to Porthmadog for supermarkets. Excellent location for exploring north Wales. Would highly recommend.

Idyllic Beach Cottage Moelfre

AngelaRating, 5 starstoday
We had a wonderful stay at Boldon Cottage. Communication prior and during our stay was excellent. The cottage was spotlessly clean and we had a wonderful welcome bag full of goodies on arrival which was such a nice touch. The location is fabulous, we spent A lot of time on ‘our beach’ . The local pub had delicious food and they were very friendly. We also ate at Ann’s pantry equally as delicious. We walked from the cottage all over Moelfre, such a beautiful village. We also ate at st David’s the tavern in benllechand Dylan’s at Menai, highly recommended both. Newborough forest is a stunning place to visit. We loved everything about our stay that we have booked another stay. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home xx x x

Cosy cabin at Glan Gwna - 139 Snowdon Drive

CarinnaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Perfect place for our family of 4. The cabin was plenty big enough for what we needed - a base for an activity packed break, whilst being cosy enough for the cold nights we had. Rebecca’s description of the cabin was spot on and instructions very clear and helpful. We ran out of electricity one evening, which we were told could be a possibility and Rebecca reimbursed immediately despite us saying she didn’t need to. The shower was a little temperamental and didn’t like all 4 of us showering one after another (tripped the elec) but was ok in short bursts! The location of the cabin was perfect
close enough to Caernarfon centre without being in the town and also only a short drive from Zip World, Llechwedd and Snowdon which we had planned. Rebecca had recommended The Black Boy Inn for food which was lovely (pricey, but worth it!), unfortunately, the Bella Pizza delivery service recommended no longer operates. We would definitely book with Rebecca again. Great host and great cabin.
